First time ordering from here. Order was:
-Brisket with corn and potato chips
-Brisket Mac and cheese
-Ribs and chicken with mashed potatoes and baked beans
-Brisket Sammy
My problem is this: instead of brisket with corn we got pulled pork, no chips, and the lady who brought the food out for curbside pickup said there was no corn so they substituted green beans. There were no green beans or potato chips. Only pulled pork.
The ribs are clearly made in the oven and most definitely not in a smoker as there is no smoke ring.
They don’t pull the silver skin off of their pork ribs. You can use a fork and pull it yourself, but there goes whatever seasoning they use. Poor execution.
Mac and cheese is decent, I think they make a dechemel but it’s fairly poor in quality.
Open pit BBQ sauce? Unless the recipe changed it’s not Open Pit sauce.
Mashed potatoes are basic instant potatoes at best
From a BBQ connesseuir I would feel bad charging these prices, getting the order wrong and not properly preparing the food.
If you need extra help I’m willing to lend a hand and get your kitchen in order, but you need a LOT of changes.

Prices are a bit on the high side, and the wait times are long. (I’ve gotten my food faster at Perkins.) But the staff are super friendly, and there are items on the menu that you won’t get anywhere else in town. All in all, a welcome addition to the Edinboro Food scene.

I was truly dissapointed. I ordered the brisket. The portion was small and served in a big box that was hard to eat out of. Sides were your cheap bought flavor. Not hot enough! Will not go back.
