We came here to try their sandwich special for sandwich week. We also ordered some burnt ends as well. I was amazed at how their sandwich tasted. The cheese was grilled on to the bread giving it the crispy taste. The flavor profile for the sandwich was great. Their burnt ends were also pretty good. I did see other items that I do want to try next time.

These guys are well worth the hype. I heard about them before Burger Week, so when I found out they were participating, I decided to make this my one Portland stop. Stood in line at 12:02, ordered at 12:14, got my burger at 12:30. It was incredible, very flavorful and spicy, really nice cream cheese in the middle! I’ll have to go back and try more sometime, I’m curious about the mac and cheese.

Wow!! The best bbq chicken (taco) I have ever had!! This was unique, cooked perfectly and pickles topped it off to perfection. I enjoyed sitting outside and will definitely be coming back to another round.

Incredible brisket and pulled pork tacos that were so flavorful, barely needed sauce (which was amazing btw). All the sides were delicious too: cornbread muffin perfect size and cabbage slaw with just right mix of savory and sweet. Would definitely return to this food truck. SO GOOD!

I made a special pilgrimage with a friend who wanted some bbq, and it did not disappoint. The portions here are generous, and the flavors were on point. We got two orders of the 2 meat combos, and they made a huge platter for us to share. We could barely finish it all.
I did notice that they were sold out of a few of the lunch type items, so I recommend going early if your craving is earlier in the day. So don’t wait if you want to get some of the best bbq in town.

We asked Ryan to help cater BBQ for my boyfriend’s birthday party, and the food was a huge hit! Everyone was raving—especially the wings and ribs. That crispy smoked skin on the wings was next-level good. You could tell they really know what they’re doing with the smoker. The mac salad was amazing too, and using fried cheese instead of breadcrumbs? Genius move. Super great food packed with flavor and texture. Friendly service and worked within my budget.

Had the bbq pork butt tacos – SO GOOD! The tortillas really make or break a taco, and these flour tortillas were perfectly griddled to be light and stretchy, with a healthy serving of grated cheese grilled to a golden brown crisp on top. Then the juicy, soft 10-hour pork, with some fun toppings to zip it up. Eats messy but delicious. I’ll be back!

The size of the platter was great. Mac n cheese was delicious. But the meat fell short. I got the brisket and ribs. It was very dry and leathery and difficult to cut through despite being slathered in a mass amount of very sugary bbq sauce. I tried all their sauces and none of them were good. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
