Would’ve been first time at this restaurant. I’ve called twice no one is picking up the phone so I will never know how their food taste or the atmosphere. I’ll wait for Joy Wok in Blacksburg to open up again tomorrow.

Shrimp fried rice was over cooked. Only 4 small shrimps was in the rice. The chicken was over cooked and tasted like old grease. First and last time eating here. Hong Kong Express needs to reopen fast!!!

One of those places that looks like food poisoning but is actually quite good. Great prices. The fried rice had a sweet taste which is not common but it’s good. I had been sick before coming here and was worried but the food was actually perfect for my first real meal in days. I would eat here again for sure.

I call them with my order, and it is ready for pickup in under 10 minutes. I have never had to wait when I show up. These folks have mastered the concept of fast service! They do a great job!

I’ve never been to this one before but I really wanted some egg drop soup cuz it’s my favorite and it’s hard to find good egg drop soup around here I used to get it from Blacksburg but I have to say it was absolutely delicious.

I don’t know why I haven’t written a review of this place before! I started eating here about 20 years ago. When I’d visit my grandparents on the weekend we’d each order food from here and watch “That’s Life” on CBS. Every time I would get the almond boneless chicken. I moved away from Gaffney many, many years ago, but I still love coming back here to get my favorite meal when I visit my family. This weekend we drove from Spartanburg just so I could get some, because I had been craving some for SOOOOO long. I can’t find it like they make it anywhere else! My son got the beef lo mein and he loved it as well. My grandparents passed away several years ago, but I love eating from here because it reminds me of them and the taste of the food reminds me of visiting them. I hope Golden China stays in business for many more years.
