Very disappointed… This is not the first time my order has had mistakes, but this time I received a luke warm pizza with garlic sauce spilt underneath when it arrived, and was missing extra pepperonicini peppers I ordered as well. Will not be ordering from store #4052 again. My order was also 25 minutes past the estimated delivery time. If you are going to be late, please make sure the order is correct.

When I’ve had a long stressful morning my bf just wanted to do something nice for me. Well he ordered my favorite pizza. Papa johns… Well when it arrived it just wrapped up my long hard unwelcoming day. A WHOLE pizza UNCUT. Like this explains my day. Come on y’all. Double check your work. Papa John’s worker did not want to be there. Walked up to the counter. Took him at least 3 minutes to walk from the back of the store to the front of the store moping around like he lost his best friend. Made one of my pizzas but did not make the other one. So now I have to wait for another 10 to 15 minutes for my other Pizza to get done? Who makes one pizza at a time?

We ordered an XL pizza with three toppings; one being mushrooms.
Literally had maybe 4 slices of mushrooms on the entire pizza. We called and respectfully expressed our concern, yet the lady who answered the phone was clearly not interested in providing any level of customer service.

I usually go to the location at Citrus Blvd even though it’s further. I always had a great exp there. I decided to give this location another chance. I was happy the first time pizza was great, no garlic butter but still pizza was great. The second time hhhmm pizza was the slices were all different sizes. Garlic butter in one box ..Well at least one garlic butter. 10/17/25 ***** whatever that comment was was back then this place has gone down the hill. There’s a guy there that I usually go. He’s you know he saw Hispanic. The pizzas are always perfect with him but I went this time and I don’t know what happened to the pizza. Horrible. The cheese did not taste like cheese and I just got something very simple. I just got a pizza with bacon but it didn’t even taste like a pizza. My son that loves pizza has never said no to it took a bite and said there’s something wrong with this pizza and he didn’t even eat it. We practically had to throw it away. I will never go back there again or even get Papa Joe’s again. I think I’m going to try Domino’s even chatgbt said I should
