The C’s
The place looks like the motel and you would miss the restaurant if you weren’t looking for it. You probably would pass on this purely based on the exterior. I would say, go in. There were a lot of families inside and the atmosphere is just like any other small town restaurant.
The only issue was the wait. The one waitress for the whole place does make things take longer than you would expect. I will say she was working hard and didn’t dilly daly at all.
She did miss one drink for our group and stated she would right it off when asked for it again, but it still made the bill.
The pizza was said to be fast when we said we were only going to get drinks and she was correct about it being fast. The bacon, chicken ranch pizza was pretty good with a lot of cheese.
I can’t say we would ever go back, but it’s another new place on our list.

This is the best hidden secret in the area. The food was SOO good. This restaurant put other area options out of the running. Better than chain restaurants in Big Rapids and Cadillac. Local, delicious, and hometown vibe.

You can go there dressed however you like! No real dress code. The atmosphere is happy,relaxed,friendly staff. Great drinks,awesome tasting shots!! I recommend the white tea and Green tea shots!!!! Fabulous!!!! Staff was knowledgeable with many different types of drinks. I’ll definitely be stopping in again

Always love stopping by driving through on road trips! The staff has always been kind to us when we stop & love seeing the different crowds that come in. Anyone who goes will have a good time! They are always hosting different events and helping the community. Atmosphere is great & food is good & if you want a good or new drink to try they’re the place!

We eat at travler’s about once a month. Everything we order is good fresh.
The portions are large enough sized that they could be split between 2 people. Their pizzas are darn good too.
Their prices are very fair. The bar/ restaurant is older, but it is clean and has been maintained. Depending on which server you get, table service can be good or it can be bad. Last nights service wasn’t that great. We ended up refilling our drinks at the soda machine ourselves.
Last night we were there for dinner and the band Driving Blind was playing. My party believes that we couldn’t have picked a better place to have gone for dinner thanks to this band! They were very good, funny and we hope to catch them there in the future.

Stopped here to enjoy a few cold beverages and to play some keno. The service was good. Currently (7/2024) they have the Queen of Hearts (progressive pot) game going on. So we purchased some tickets for that. The atmosphere was laid-back and filled with friendly people.
I would love to stop back and enjoy a meal from here at some point.

The steak was honestly great tender and juicy my son got a sub it was great and husband got the rodeo burger he said it was awesome.. the only thing that wasn’t great was the pop otherwise 10/10 recommend giving it a try…

Yesterday my husband, father in law and I showed up to a charity event just by chance for a historical society and the place was PACKED! We did not find a place to sit right away so we went to leave. . We were literally in the parking lot when one of the staff members flagged us down! They said they had a spot outside! We were concerned it was gonna rain and they carried a picnic table into the lean to out back. The staff was accommodating and did not forget about us! Friendly atmosphere and amazing food! Will come back most definitely!
