Usually I never have issues with this location but the last two times I got root beer floats from here, they put one swirl of ice cream and only fill the root beer 60%, so disappointing. The fries are always good though.

Wish they would quit parking us to fake their drive thru times. If you want your bonus GM, then earn it, hire better staff that is more efficient. Never get fresh food from here especially the KFC side of it. Not a fan of either the KFC or A&W at this location. None of the staff cares and are there just to collect a paycheck.
Update: Everything is still the same, this is still the worst ran KFC in my opinion.

The people serving were great. Very professional and clean. The in-house, brewed, A&W root beer is amazing. I don’t know why it tastes different, but it does. The food was,…..decent. The prices were a bit high for what you get.

I entered the AW / KFC. the lobby was empty of patrons. I had decided to try out this restaurant again because I had received some coupons a couple of them caught my eye. We went to try the coney dog and the root beer floats. I placed the coupons on the counter. After ordering the employee was slow to ask which coupon I wanted to use. To my way of thinking that should have been a question bettering asked before she entered the order not after.
We were the only patrons in this establishment. The root beer floats were very good just like the floats of years ago.
The coney dogs were lacking in both flavor and quality. The hot dog was shriveled up the chili had some over warmed beans that I couldn’t eat and the bun was hard. I won’t be returning.

I’m sorry to report, l was very disappointed in the food at A&W restaurant . I ordered a bacon cheese burger and fries. I was excited because I had to pull around because they had to cook my food fresh. Not the cause my bacon burger was cold, and dry, the bacon tasted sour, and the french fries were soft and luke warm they had not be freshly cook. Needless to say i did not eat my dinner I threw it in the garbage. A big waste of money! I will no longer ever eat at this A&W Restaurant again.

On Sunday eve about 9:00 pm my son got a delivery actually 2 to deliver to customers as always it’s all dark no lights on at all none in drive through either pull in outgoing order spot they will not answer thier phone as usuall! They never do! Finally after 10 mns went through drive through it was so dark! The girl gets on the intercom says we are sold out of everything? We are like what? My son says well I have 2 deliveries? She basically said to bad so sadd? Really? Wow that’s crazy! We have been to this store numerous times? They never answer phone lights always off early! Food is never ready they all are rude! What is going on here? Is anybody listening or care? All this is very uncalled for and not right!!come on??

So how did the four piece strips and fries. One of the four strips was full size. Both the chicken strips and fries had been held for too long. But, hey the order came out in 20 seconds.
Also I’ll be real petty here and complain that you have to remember to ask for sauces they don’t ask you what sauces you would like. And thank God I remembered because those pinky sized tendies were dry AF.

Absolutely horrible wait time. They didn’t have my order ready, told me to park . Came and asked about a drink order because they forgot. Then over ten minutes go by so I called them from the parking lot, she then tells me the oil was old so they had to use an air fryer and I had to wait another 5 or so mins, meanwhile I have my previous order I picked up 20 mins ago for a customer and that is now cold. Lazy unproductive staff.
I’d appreciate if the owner can please get ahold of me as the ladies you had working were extremely rude and disrespectful and I had to cancel the Uber eats delivery due to these girls having me sit out in my car for 20mins

This is my favorite KFC and a and W restaurant. The chicken is fantastic and the restaurant is really clean. They always treat us in a friendly way, and they do a great job keeping the dining room clean and they’re clean cut kids that do a great job.
