I have always experienced amazing customer service at this restaurant but this location in particular is just excellent. I ordered a soup to go & made a unique customization. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted by a very nice employee named Marcos. He explained to me that they don’t carry that customization anymore & asked me how I would like to move forward with my order. “We wanted to wait until you got here so that you can get what you want.” & then he walked me though the other options, made suggestions to get me a similar result, gave me a sample of what I was getting to make sure I liked it, & top of that he gave me a free drink for the inconvenience. It really was a stellar experience & I never forget service & kindness like that. Thank you Marcos!

Really wanted some udon noodles. This place had them and they were good with very fine options in meats and sauces to go along with them. Just so much more onion cooked with the noodles than I prefer. I know, it’s not fair to cause them to lose a star for my personal preferences. It was still very good, and 4 stars is truly very good. And isn’t that the whole point? I get to decide? Maybe have an onion free option for the noodles next time…

We have been going to Zao since it has opened and have always had good experiences each time. The food is always fresh and warm. The chips and guacamole are amazing, especially the guac!!! Restaurant is always clean. Everyone working there seems happy to help you out. We really enjoy tacos at lunch here. (Chicken tacos are my favorite. My husband always gets one of each type of meat)

The fantastic food, particularly the corn, left me satisfied. I love Asian Zao in Lehi, the food is always flavorful and made with care. My favorite is the wrap, it’s perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of sauce. The staff are friendly, the portions are generous, and everything tastes super clean and satisfying.

I’ve been coming to Zao for years and always get the chicken rice bowl. Today I got the steak tacos with lettuce, carrots, pickled onions and the Korean red sauce + aioli on top…. WOW. Seriously some of the best tacos I’ve had in awhile! A new favorite!!

I’ve never had a bad experience with any Zao, and the American fork one is closest to my home so it gets my review! Went tonight and ordered a chicken bowl and man oh man! It was delicious. The food is so refreshing and so filling. The employees who work there do such a good job and they’re so friendly even on a late Saturday night. The store was clean and had such a good atmosphere. There’s a reason i come here one-two times a week!

Basically an Asian Chipotle…thought it was great. You choose bowl, Bahn mi wrap (burrito), tacos, etc…choose your meat and toppings. You can see the food getting cooked fresh behind. Everything tasted good and fresh, good flavor. Seating inside and out in a nice space. Will be back again.

If you are looking for something to eat that won’t leave you feeling heavy or too full, Zao is the perfect place to go. I always get the teriyaki chicken bowl with a mix of rice and chow mein, plus all the regular toppings. I recommend trying the Zao juices, especially the passion tea one. They are perfectly sweetened, fresh, and delicious. They also have a menu next to the juices on some recipes to create delicious blends. So good! Go on Mondays if you have kids cause they eat free with the purchase of an entree

First off we LOVE Zao! This review is mostly centered around the way they prepare food for delivery. We ordered the soups for Door Dash this evening and when our food arrived the soups had spilled out of the bowls. So if you want food delivered from them maybe avoid the soups.
