Fun, mini/Island-style store. Outdoor and Drive-thru service only. Nice patio area. You’re outta luck if it’s raining…sun umbrellas there, but no rain cover. Walk-up window available, too.

Hands down my favorite Starbucks on Oahu. Yes it’s all the way in Nānākuli but the team there is always on point and amazing. They always get my drink perfect and are literally the ONLY location on Oahu that seems to be able to do that. I drive out of the way just to go to this location because it’s so great. They always have my favorite breakfast food also. Only down side for the entire store is its location and cramped driveway and parking. Which is no fault of theirs but wish they out it in a better location. Go try them out. Hands down best Starbucks in Oahu

Absolute favorite Starbucks location in the state. Welcoming atmosphere off the busy main hwy road. Easy parking to run to window versus drive through. Never had a bad order from them, but I’ve seen them interact with others and they have always been very accommodating and patient

did drive thru at 10am on april 7, ordered a chai latte and caramel macchiato. macchi is always a go to as its always great, good sweetness but this time there was absolutely no sugar in it??? like straight coffee? no caramel, no nothing just straight coffee. i thought they misprinted my order ticket but nope it said caramel macchiato. i’m sorry but if i order a CARAMEL macchiato i expect caramel? giving 3 stars because the sir that served me was super nice and carried the whole team lowkey so yall should give him a raise or a bonus.

This morning was the second time I went to your stores drive through and I was told to “loop around” because my drink wasn’t ready yet. This is very upsetting because:
My drinks were done in less than two minutes after being told to loop around. So if I got back in line (which was at least 8 cars long) I would have gotten completely watered down coffee.
I know it was less than two minutes because the second I parked and walked to the window they handed my drinks which is absolutely ridiculous.
Now if this was done to EVERY customer I may be a little less upset but as I am walking to the window and then proceed to wait for your district managers contact information and reach them for this asinine policy for almost 5 minutes they let another customer wait there for their coffee…
As a person who previously worked in the retail and food industry, I find this policy of yours very ill thought through and it will eventually lose you customers.
If you don’t want people to stay in the line for their coffee, do what other franchises do and park them. Then have one of your workers be a runner. Or SOMETHING besides this.
People shouldn’t have to pay $8-20+ and then receive subpar watered down coffee from having to “loop around” again.

Sign says open til 8pm. They were closed by 7:40pm. This sucks. Needed some coffee for my night shift. Why would you close before your stated time?? Oh well 7-11 coffee it is.

Worst service. The store is scheduled with a minimum number of workers and the assistant manager rolls her eyes at me asking if I want a refund. I get it that the employees are over worked and frustrated but don’t blame me the customer for your short coming! I will never come back to this starbucks again! Waste of time
