Subway has always been known for letting you customize your meal, which is great. However, the service at this particular branch leaves much to be desired. As a vegetarian, I usually opt for veggie patties, but I’ve consistently faced issues here.
Every time I visit, they claim they’re out of veggie patties, even though other employees have mentioned there’s always a full box in the fridge that could be defrosted. There’s one staff member, in particular, who seems completely unwilling to prepare them, leaving me no choice but to leave empty-handed.
Adding to the frustration, this individual never answers calls during their shift, so there’s no way to check if patties are available before visiting. The lack of effort and consideration is disappointing and frustrating for a loyal customer.
Subway is known for its food quality, but this branch seriously needs to improve its customer service. Until then, I’d recommend avoiding this location if you value reliable service.

No one makes a sub like Karamjeet! Perfect generous toppings and sauces never leaving you dissatisfied. Best part is that she follows the hygiene protocols and makes sure to replace her gloves after each sub! That definitely earns a brownie point from a vegetarian like me

Asked for a foot long in a wrap and they didnt even know how to wrap it properly. On top of that, when I tried to use my foot long coupon they wouldn’t let me cause it was a wrap and not a sandwich…

Very deceptive! The sandwiches do not look like the pictures they put up on their board! I won’t come here again or any other Subway. What a rip off. Try making the sandwiches look like the stupid photos that you have on the billboard. False advertising!!!

Toppings in the containers looked wilted and not fresh, which means it was probably from yesterday. They were very light with the condiments. Got a foot long and it was super thin and that was with double meat. There is no love put into this place. Anyone that says it’s good, they are lying.

I ordered off of DoorDash. It took over an hour for them to make my sandwich and to be delivered, I ordered this for lunch before having to go back to work, So I had to hurry up and eat it. They put the sandwich on the wrong bread, they made the sandwich the way it came instead of my customizations, I ordered a pretzel, which wasn’t even in the bag. Whoever made my sandwich needs to read the order instead of going by how it’s originally made. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

So I went here last night waited about 30 minutes before the lady took my order. It was 4 sandwiches the first 2 were veggie patty. The older lady working there said we don’t have it,proceeded to walk away come back after 10 minutes of checking “nope we don’t have it”. I ended up leaving as I was already tired from work and it’s 7pm now. I go home and DoorDash subway and it happens to be this very location and guess what they had the veggie patty. I am beyond appalled! The service here is a joke!!!!

Very poor service .. the lady who works in this subway has really communication skills as well as is really rude..we understand that sometimes the joint gets busy with lots of orders but that doesn’t mean that you be rude to your customer.. the first incident was I walked into the joint and had to order 4 sandwiches but she would only take 2 per person so we had to split the orders between 2 ppl then while preparing the sandwich she’s like please be quick and speaks rudely then she asks if we want a takeout or dine in , we were planning to eat half subway in the join and half later at home so we told her takeout so that we could eat half and take the other half out!! But when we sat on the tables she left her busy customers and asks us rudely that why are you sitting in when you called for a take out!! Really disappointing!!
Would never visit here again and nor my friends will!!!
