We found this gem on a random google search and we were not disappointed. The vibe and the service were outstanding! We started with warm focaccia bread and some of the best wedding soup I’ve ever had. The homemade Bolognese was delicious.

My wife and I stopped by Cambria’s Bistro today for a quick lunch date and really enjoyed the experience. We arrived right when they opened, so it was quiet and relaxed. The prices were reasonable, and the service stood out—the waitress (the only one working) was super friendly and very attentive.

The food was tasty overall. I ordered the chicken parmigiana sub, which had potential but was a bit heavy on the sauce. The sauce itself was flavorful, but it overpowered the sandwich a little. I also tried the lemon parm orzo, which was described as having a hint of lemon zest—though it was more of a bold pop of lemon. Still good, just stronger than expected.

My wife ordered the soup of the day, a mushroom and Brie soup, along with a house salad and their creamy garlic dressing. I tried both, and they were delicious—especially the dressing.

The bistro has a charming, rustic vibe with lots of character. The decor features old family photos and Italian-themed pieces, which made it feel cozy and unique. We didn’t have to wait long for our food either, which was a nice bonus.

We’ll definitely be returning to try more of the menu. Lots of great-sounding dishes still to explore!

I invited my friends to have dinner in a restaurant in my hometown. They are extremely experienced in regard to fine dining and enjoying themselves in this regard. As is, they loved the experience. The service was excellent. The food was very good and the wine was a very good choice. They have a great house salad with garlic ranch dressing that is just to die for, to the point where I crave it during the week and I order it before I leave work and it’s ready by the time I get there. My only complaint is that my beloved Rosso that used to be on tap when it was first opened is no longer available. I would go in there for a class of Rosso and a piece of cheesecake and all would become right with the world. 🙂

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We shared a bottle of wine, two appetizers, and an entrée, and every single one was a 5/5.

We started with two appetizers that we shared. Christian’s Caponata – eggplant, capers, tomato sauce, onions, roasted red peppers, and garlic served with garlic bread. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the sauce struck that ideal balance of sweet and savory without overpowering the dish. And the Polpette – house-made meatballs in marinara with mozzarella, fresh basil, and grilled bread. Rich, comforting, and perfectly executed.

For our entrée, we split the ravioli of the week, which happened to be mushroom ravioli in a white sauce. Outstanding. The pasta was tender, the filling flavorful, and the sauce complemented everything without being heavy.

The service truly elevated the entire experience. Our server, Angie, was phenomenal. It was extremely busy when we walked in, yet she managed her section so well that we never once felt forgotten. She was present at the table long enough to ask and answer questions, but never rushed us. We also slow-rolled this meal, taking our time between courses to enjoy our wine, and by the time we were ready to leave the restaurant had cleared out. Angie never made us feel like we were taking too long, and once her workload had slowed down, she took the time to chat and joke with us, making us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated.

One detail that really stood out: the wine menu doesn’t include descriptions, and my husband and I have very different tastes, though we can usually agree on a sweeter red. When we asked for guidance, Angie suggested a wine that wasn’t even listed on the menu. She wasn’t sure if our menu was outdated, but she knew their wine inventory so well that she offered us a sample of something we never would have discovered otherwise, and it was perfect for us. That level of knowledge and attentiveness made a big impression.

Incredible food, perfectly balanced flavors, and service that made us feel valued from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back.

Stay away. Pasta portions are tiny, and owner gets belligerently bent out of shape when given feedback he doesn’t like.

Dinners were lunch-sized portions. Normal pasta meals, nothing special. Charged for bread. Our area has many great local Italian restaurants. This isn’t one of them.

We rented the entire restaurant for a baby shower/diaper party event for 60-70 people. Simply put – we could not be more satisfied with this place and their staff! The pricing was fair, the food was good and the space was perfect. Roni and Leah were so incredibly friendly and easy to work with, not to mention super accommodating throughout the entire process. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything went well and made the day feel very personalized to us. We knew we were in good hands and it was obvious they have a ton of experience working with large parties. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I were here for dinner on11/01/25. We went based on snipingfordoms(Derek) recommendation.
I had lasagna with 2 small pieces of bread. It was good.
My husband had Capese Chicken Alfred. The chicken cutlet was small,tasted like rubber not fresh but frozen.

My daughter and I loved everything about this place, especially the food. Google needs to remove the old menu though. I posted the new one. Their prices have went up a bit, and their portions and menu are smaller now. The food is worth it though, and it is a great place to have a great meal or wine and conversation.

My experience at Cambria’s Bistro was, frankly, a snooze-fest. From the moment we walked in, the place felt like it was trying to bore us into submission. The decor was a bland mix of beige and more beige, with zero personality—like someone googled “generic restaurant aesthetic” and called it a day. The menu was equally uninspired, offering the same tired dishes you’d find at any mid-tier chain: overpriced salads, a burger that tasted like it was microwaved, and pasta that could’ve been boxed. The food wasn’t bad, just aggressively forgettable, like eating a spreadsheet.
The service didn’t help. Our waiter moved like he was auditioning for a role as a sloth, and the vibe in the dining room was so dull I swear I heard someone’s soul sigh. The highlight—if you can call it that—was when me and my friend, who’s got a big personality and an even bigger appetite, decided to liven things up. We snuck off to the bathroom and started making macaroni noises. You know, those squelchy, wet sounds you imagine when someone’s stirring a pot of cheesy goodness? Yeah, we were cackling like idiots, echoing off the tiles, probably confusing anyone within earshot. For a brief moment, we were the most exciting thing in that place.
Overall, Cambria’s Bistro is the culinary equivalent of watching paint dry. If you’re looking for a spot to practice your macaroni impressions in peace, the bathroom’s got decent acoustics. Otherwise, skip it—your taste buds and your soul deserve better.

Went here for dinner a few weeks ago and was very disappointed.

The staff was nice and somewhat knowledgeable, although they were unable to answer some basic questions about the options.

The bar menu is shockingly large and the drinks were a little above average. There are a lot of custom cocktail options, which was the high point of the experience. The house white wine was astringent; we do not recommend it.

The food seemed like someone with no knowledge of Italian cuisine opened an Italian restaurant.

We started with the foccacia appetizer. Foccacia is a fluffy and light bread. What we got was a dense and stale loaf of white bread that had the texture of a dry kitchen sponge. The oil served with it had no flavor. For all we know, it could have been vegetable oil.

The entrées were not much better. The chicken piccata was a bowl of pasta with a thick lemon sauce mixed in. There was an offensive amount of dried oregano in this dish. Oregano doesn’t even go in piccata in the first place, and the amount used made it borderline inedible. The chicken in this dish was a few cut up chicken strips, which were clearly cooked before and reheated, or possibly even bought this way. The other entrées that people got were poor as well. The tomato sauce had a very tinny/canned flavor and the sauce for the ravioli was so thick that it rivaled peanut butter.

Even though this is an affordable Italian option, I cannot recommend it to anyone. They would be better off working with better ingredients and recipes, and adjusting their prices accordingly.
