We were had ordered mixed stuff. I like that sushi roll is rice thin roll, ramen broth is taste great. The place is a little bit busy when we were there. But over all I recommend.

Lily Sushi & Ramen was fantastic! We had the Lily Choice sushi and sashimi plate, and the fish was incredibly fresh, high quality and beautifully prepared. Everything tasted excellent!
The place was packed, but we showed up early and didn’t need a reservation. Service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and efficient even with a full house.
Highly recommend and an excellent experience all around — we’ll definitely be back!

This was a great addition to our list of restaurants to visit. We had both the sushi and Ramen. Both were amazing! The sushi was just so fresh for a land lockeed state!!! The Ramen was delicious and the portions are huge! Great value! Definitely check it out next time you are in Beaver Creek! Inside a office building so somewhat hard to find.

The service was great from the start. Everyone was friendly, quick, and just really pleasant to deal with.
The food totally surprised me. The kimchi ramen was rich and full of flavor, the kind of bowl you keep eating even when you know you should stop. The xiaolongbao were spot-on, thin skin, super juicy, exactly how they should be.
the seafood? Seriously impressive for a new spot. The bluefin tuna was incredibly fresh, and the Hokkaido scallops were sweet and tender.
Overall, this place is way better than I expected. Good vibes, great food, and those glowing reviews? Yeah… they were right. I’ll definitely be back.

My 8 year old son loved it. He said “ it’s the Best place i ever went to get food in Vail. And best ramen I’ve had.” The pork belly was perfectly done. A little charred and crispy on the outside but tender. We also got the dynamite sushi roll and shaolongbao (soup dumplings). The tonkatsu ramen was our favorite. We would come back here again next time we’re in Vail.

The line to get seated is often very long, so make sure to give yourself a lot of wait time. Besides that, it is wonderful! Some of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had; if you like sushi, start there. Highly recommend – it’s worth the wait. Even my picky kid was able to eat it.

We tried this out on opening night and it was amazing! The potstickers were piping hot and perfectly fried. The sushi was fresh, beautiful, and not the same old thing you get everywhere. We also tried the spicy miso ramen which was so delicious and the perfect amount of spicy. Lily and the whole staff were super friendly and warm. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back!

Wish I lived here so I could eat here all the time. Went back to back nights on a four day ski trip.
1. Had a different roll each night with my Spicy Miso Ramen. So good. I had an odd request for one roll and they accomodated at a very reasonable up-charge. Exactly what I asked for.
2. I love ramen but my wife doesn’t – so it’s my boys trip/work meal. These portions are legit and the meat is perfect. It’s just so good.
3. The staff and service are awesome. My buddy was amazed at how his water glass never got empty. Specifically, the lady with the black/flower-trimmed outfit was so kind and seemed to run the place.
I wish I had this restaurant in my town. ❤️

Ordered golden crispy rice appetizer, amazing.It’s like pokie on top of crunchy rice. Had the Garden roll and the BMW roll both spectacular. Second time added photos still delicious. 5 stars.
