This KFC was amazing! Their food tasted they way it used to taste, they are following the recipe perfectly. Cooked perfect, seasoned perfect, the whole 9 yards! Spot on! Service was promt, and the order was correct. I have had some bad experiences recently in other states, incorrect orders, food just tasted horrible, over cooked, and under seasoned. But this stop they are doing their job right! Many thanks for an amazing meal! I travel for my job, this is the best I’ve had in years! You want good KFC this is the stop for you!

My meal was fresh and outstanding. This also had to be the cleanest KFC I’ve ever been in. We ate here on Christmas Eve and they had every reason to be understaffed and overwhelmed, but instead everyone was working hard for a good experience. Most impressive.

I hate I had to give this place 1 star…. I’ve order from here (Creedmor NC) 3 times and every time I have them the benefit they gave me the doubt! This place is ALWAYS “out of something” twice my chicken was under cooked and red inside skin taste like the grease was old! Taco Bell is connected I order two rice bowls and because they ran out of the proper rice containers they threw it in a cardboard square box…. Picture you plate falling over in a car that’s what it looked like! Each time I went I spend at the minimum $40 because I have 6 kids to feed all for it to be a COMPLETE WASTE! I’ll drive 20-30 miles away to another before I will EVER revisit this one!

I just got my children food. We haven’t ate here in years. The fries tasted like old grease and they were extremely nasty and hard. I was given BBQ sauce that was split in the middle open. My taco sauce was missing out the bag. I came in to get some and the lady said it’s some behind you instead of giving me what was suppose to be in the bag coming through the drive thru. Never again while traveling through.
Those fries left a nasty taste in my mouth. I have never ate a fry and feel like I’m about to vomit.
My daughter hard taco was broke at the bottom when she picked it up. All the ingredients fell threw the bottom. Smh
My daughter nacho grande did not have enough cheese and topping to eat the full meal.
A waste of $30. Smh
I can’t believe you all are serving those old burnt fries cooked in old grease. My children could not eat their fries.

The manager made me pull up even tho there was no one in line because it didn’t want to mess his store numbers up. Why should I pull forward off the sensor when No one is behind me or in front of me? So the computer counting the time will reflect poor management?

I am from the area, it been a while since my last visit due to grease dripping from foods. Today a stop to get some item for my daughter and myself, never again. Could not get in, no staff, food was saltyyyyyyy everything, looks and tastes like it was reheated several times, grease dripping on chicken and nuggets and the biscuit looks that were reheated too. Asked for dipping sauce give none. Bad really bad. This is the last time they get my money.

WORST KFC EVER FOR YEARS IT’S BEEN LIKE THIS! The manager has terrible customer service skills it was a Mexican man. Did not help resolve my issue at all. $18 for 5 chicken tenders by itself is absurd. Currently on the phone with corporate to talk to someone. This kfc/Taco Bell has been trash for over 10 years now. Slow service always, food never hot etc. the ONLY reason I came to this trashy fast food place is for my mother I never eat here for this exact reason.
If you want to eat at this location specifically there’s a few things to note (so you won’t have the same experience as me):
1. You can only order what’s off of the menu at the location ex: you cannot see something you want online and think that they’re going to let you order it there because they’re not!
2. The manager will not work with you on getting your food correct no matter how many times you ask
3. If ordering through drive thru make sure you ask lots of questions about what you’re going to be getting because they will not care about what they’re serving you
4. I’m sure you already do this but check your food through the drive thru before pulling off.
