They have a promotion going. Get a $25 gift card get a free drink. So I bought $75 in gift cards and had to pay for my drink. They said there has to be a gift card bought for exactly $25 instead of my 6 ten dollar cards and 1 fifteen card. Really?? Every year I go to this location to buy gift cards for work people and every year there is always something that happens. I really try to support more local spots but heading to Starbucks for the rest of the cards I need

Great coffee shop I found in this small town of Mead, CO! It is about a mile in — once you get off I-25 (Mead Exit). The staff is super friendly and attentive. The service was fast as well! The atmosphere in the coffee shop is artsy and relaxing. Honestly, I found the coffee here to be smooth, delicious, and best of all, very reasonably priced and affordable (compared to the national coffee chains)!!
Noting a few exceptional people here (they are all excellent BTW): Ames and Trudy.
This is Ziggi’s Head-Quarters building. The only qualm I have with this location is the limited parking slots available. I ended up parking my car in the dirt lot across the street.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this establishment!

My friend and I absolutely love the floated dirty sodas. There’s been some issues, but nothing big. Just obviously can’t read a simple ticket. Have had issues with Door Dash, but again, only because Ziggi’s can’t read a simple ticket. We pay extra for floated and each drink we get is $9.00. We go several times a week. But due to another issue with them not being able to read, the manager got very nasty and said we should go elsewhere. Horrible behavior, especially a manager. She wouldn’t hush and listen. Really upset her when she handed us our drinks, and they weren’t made right!!! We don’t order complicated drinks. But to give so much business, making a simple issue into a disrespectful encounter, was a terrible choice. To be extremely nasty with a paying customer was more than uncalled for. It’s a simple issue… Learn to read. I shouldn’t get treated horribly because your manager and team can’t read.

Buying gift cards for kids teachers, crosswalk guards, coaches, etc. Refused to accept a $100 bill that I got from the bank. Thanks for the extra steps I need to take now to deposit the cash back into the account. Definitely helped make this holiday season less stressful. Reason given was corporate office decision. You are the Northern corporate office. Since my cash is so concerning I will make sure I stop tipping with it too.

First time ever at any Ziggi. Ordered medium roast coffee with cream and sugar. Drinking grounds, completely unacceptable especially at the cost. Won’t be back at that location or any Ziggi’s. Will be surprised if they stay in business, you can’t serve grounds to customers.

I used to love their breakfast sandwiches but something in the last 6 months – 1 year has changed. I know they ordered them pre made but maybe check before you hand it to a customer or maybe time to look at another vendor. Unacceptable for the amount we pay to have a sandwich looking like this as well as the bagel was very tough.

To sum up my experience at Ziggi’s Coffee in one word. . . Incompetence. Complete and utter incompetence from the entire staff. Ordered a basic chocolate mocha coffee and ended up with some type of flavored drink that tasted like some type of berry.

I recently visited this charming little coffee shop in town, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. They really made me feel welcome, chatting and smiling like we were old friends.
Now, let’s talk about the coffee—oh my goodness, it’s some of the best I’ve had! They really know how to brew a great cup of coffee here.
The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and a nice little nook for reading or working. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment. I noticed a few locals chatting over pastries and coffee, which adds to that warm small-town feel.

Our go to coffee shop. We have visited so many in Colorado and even in other states. Food is as good as any other pre made, better than general fast food. Bonus…the van fits in a parking spot!

I went during my lunch hour to grab a coffee. Once I arrived there was really no wait and the worker takin my order was very polite and respectful.
I took a quick glance at the menu. And I decided I would get a peanut butter mocha and I also saw they had some lunch items so I decided to get a turkey sandwich with bacon.
Upon arriving to the window. My total was $12.59. I expected the Sandiwich to be decent sized and full of flavor. But for a $6 sandwich all I got was a unflavored regular sized sandwich that did not come with mayo or mustard on the side. The coffee was okay.
Honestly your better off going to Starbucks for the amount you pay here! It by far has better quality and flavor. Huge disappointment.
