Finally, a dedicated sushi burrito/poke bowl place at Willowbrook Mall.
It’s right between the Taco Bell & Wendy’s near the front of the food court. They just opened in late September, early October of 2025
There is another here already but it also serves ramen & milk tea, with limited options. IJ Sushi Burrito is much more focused, and a better poke experience.
if you’re new to Sushi Burritos, just think of it as a large custom sushi roll, build it yourself with the menu or get a preset. And eat as a wrap. The burrito name is just a misnomer used to market here in the US. It’s just a big sushi roll!
