My sister and I had a wonderful brunch here. The food was delicious, good portions, and came out fast. There wasn’t a bunch of people here at this time so we weren’t rushed or crowded. The man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful recommending and teaching us about some of the plates and desert drinks. I tried the chilaquiles and my sister had the street tacos and the large desert drink. I don’t remember the name of it right now but it reminded us of pomegranate juice. We were very happy with this place and will definitely be back.

Okay bathrooms are clean and so was the restaurant. The service was a wee bit slow, due to language barrier, until a SUPER NICE young lady returned to her duties. Our food was WAY BETTER than fast food, beautifully presented and well portioned. The 3 stars is because although we enjoyed our lunch it was more TexMex than expected and the meat was sprinkled in and on our orders.

I always come here for lunch with family or friends, always get a supreme burrito but last time I came to order and it was very small and i was okay with it maybe it was just bad luck. I came today for a burrito with a friend because I told him how good it was. I asked the Owner of the restaurant ( Same guy for years) if he could make sure it was big this time because last time it wasn’t very polite asked with no attitude and he kicked me and my friend out and called us names in Spanish and told me always makes them good and if I don’t wanna come here to go to toco bell. I think this was a very good way to take things, I would not recommend coming here if it was your last option if you don’t wanna get treated right go right on in.

We had requested for our hot sauce to be replaced for a newer bottle. We did this politely. The server said that he would go back and do so for us. However the owner came back with it and continued to tell us that we can leave because they are never wrong to how they make it. This came out of left field. We thought it was every weird considering we asked with respect. He continued to come back and tell us to never come back infront of their clients. We never wanted to eat in such an unwelcoming place. I recommend to never come here or if you do ask for something to be remade to think twice. You may just get yelled at for nothing

Excellent customer service and good authentic mexican food here. The waitress was very patient with my character because I was under the impression that her credit card machine was broken. Turns out I was using the wrong card and her patience was outstanding. Gave them a wonderful tip and the bonus was the great food!!! Thank you Casa Chapina 🙂

Very good food and pretty good service. Just make sure you know a bit of Spanish because the menu is all in Spanish. Although there are pictures on the TV menu that helps.
The decor is a bit old and run down but that doesn’t matter to me since they keep it pretty clean. The most important thing to me is the food and service which is all good.

Best place to eat in Siloam! The tortas and burritos and fantastic, especially the lengua. Salsas are perfect, the menudo and posole are fresh and delicious, posoles and tortillas have the best masa and the only place around for a quesadilla de mais, totally different from a regular, dry, tasteless quesadilla.

Fabulous! Probably the best food I’ve had in a year. Casa Chapina is authentic and has pictures of various dishes to help you order by number if you can’t speak Spanish. The staff know English well, and they serve dishes from both Guatemala and Mexico. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you enjoy spice!
