For months I’ve been coming in, early, late, doesn’t matter. You advertise the Cheezy Crisp Beef borrito, and you don’t have it. Take it off the menu then. Is this not false advertising! Perhaps there is more I can do!! I’ll look into it!

I had a wonderful experience at Taco times at Willowbrook. I recently visited the TacoTime at Willowbrook Mall and had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, bright, and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. My order was taken quickly, and the food was ready in just a few minutes, which I appreciated.

Did a mobile pick up about a week ago on the weekend and they made comments in their language (which was understood) about ordering beef. My Beef Cruncho didn’t even have the tostado in it. It tasted weird, so I cut it in half and it was just beef and lettuce, I had to throw it in the garbage.
Been here during the week and would order the crispy beef burrito and nobody would make comments. Extremely rude weekend staff and made me not want to come back here and give this company my money.

They put a January meal deal sign out on Dec 31st front and center of cash but wouldn’t honor it.
Putting a sign out before the event is misleading , disappointing & made for a hangry-er customer.
The person serving my food also got sauce from her fingers on my napkin as she put them on my tray (see pic).
I picked here because it had no line and it took awhile with 3 or more ppl back there. I got a beef & cheese burrito and drink for context.
I didn’t have high hopes for this experience and I’m glad I didn’t.

The place is so understaffed. There is only 2 people working I think. 1 in kitchen and 1 doing the front like taking orders and making the burrito or taco. It tales forever to place your order and also to get it. Atleast hire 1 more staff to ease pressure on the current ones and to make the process faster. Disappointed

I really like coming to TacoTime because the food is always good, but the biggest issue I keep running into is the shortage of staff. Every time I visit, there are only a couple of people working and it’s just not enough to handle the rush. The line gets very long, and customers end up waiting far too long for their orders. The staff who are there work really hard, but it’s clear they are stretched too thin. It makes the whole experience frustrating as a customer, because instead of enjoying the food, most of the time is spent standing in a slow-moving queue. I honestly think this place would run so much better if management added more workers to help during busy times. That one change would make a huge difference for both the staff and the customers.

I tried their chimichanga and it was pretty good. The wrap was crispy, which I enjoyed. The price was pretty decent, and it came with a small drink that I changed to a Jarrito for an extra charge.
