I had an excellent dining experience at Pho May! I believe the new owners took over very recently so it was excellent here. I was greeted very kindly by the young lady working and was able to order what I wanted by either ordering and paying first, or I could pay first then sit and eat.
I was able to sit anywhere in the restaurant and the seats are very cute! Theres booth options as well as chairs/booths near the entrance.
The food came almost 5-10 minutes after I ordered. I got the vegetable pad thai which had vegetarian friendly ham and cooked tofu. It was so fresh and flavourful, had a kick of spice too!
The food was overall so delicious! I would highly recommend this thai food place, everyone was so friendly and service was impeccable!

INCREDIBLE food. The portions are really big… Even the spring rolls are massive. The owners are truly a hard-working family. Everything is made fresh. Worth a visit if you haven’t been. I recommend the cheese wontons as an appetizer. Everyone had lots leftover to take home. I took it home and had it for lunch the next day.

It has the best location: at the popular stop 50 plaza and good place to have lunch on the weekdays.
We ordered “Crispy Spring Rolls”, “Vermicelli Bowl” and “Seafood Stir Fry”. Spring Rolls tasted really good and were a good start. Vermicelli tasted good, too. Although the Stir Fry could have had more spices.
The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. Although, I was enjoying my food until I noticed they were not wearing mask in the kitchen and even behind the front counter.

Great place with a good amount of meat in the Pho. We come here often and will continue to do so. They recently added a new size for pho as well which is great.
The menu is limited with the type of rice paper rolls – only shrimp. Would like to see beef and pork too.
Lots of vegetarian options for everyone and gluten free options. Staff is nice and the facility is clean.

I don’t know who needs to hear this… but this place is PHO-NOMINAL! This is seriously the best pho we have ever had. We enjoyed the all vegan menu (something hard to come by) and we were not disappointed. You get a massive portion for $12 (ish), the spices are incredible and the vegan meats are so real. I really enjoyed our meal and the service was great. Thanks so much for the un-pho-gettable experience. (Sorry for the puns). We will be returning for sure and exploring more of the vegan menu.

We ate here early on a Friday night. We were quickly seated but had to wait for the menus, there were none on the tables. Service was fair – she was quiet, polite, but not especially friendly or welcoming. I ordered the lemongrass beef dinner combo because the big picture in the window looked so appetizing. The mixed vegetable soup had lots of vegetables but no flavor. The spring roll that comes with the combo was very bland. The lemongrass beef was just beef and onion with steamed rice
No nice presentation with fresh lemon grass like in the picture. My partner ordered the shrimp pad thai with medium spice. The shrimp were big but he said it was the worst pad thai he had ever had. Tjey do have several vegan choices on the menu though We have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants and this one ranks at the very bottom of the list. We wish we had eaten at the Popeye’s restaurant next door instead.

Google searched a good Vietnamese restaurant on the road trip and Pho Huy came out on the lists. Bright and clean restaurant. Huge parking lots. Great place with a good amount of meat in the Pho soup. They are little pricier than other Vietnamese places and offer less choices. But the pho noodle was really good and they served them hot and quick. Good customer service. The staff was polite and welcoming.

Very disappointed as I order lemon grass chicken vermacili noodle and mom chicken noodle soup. Not your usual PHO place
