They sent an email offering $9.99 for one large pizza. Should’ve known it was too good to be true. It was false advertising. I went to claim the deal, and you had to login. I tried to login, and it was attempting to force me to change my password. The “change password” form doesn’t work and their website is broken. Bad service, bad deals, that’s Papa Johns.

I had a great experience at the Papa John’s on Elden Street. At first, my order was mixed up, but when I let them know, Alex immediately offered to make me a new one without hesitation. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, and Alex made sure I left happy. Excellent customer service and tasty food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Never been disappointed at any Papa John’s. This place is quite convenient for takeaways as the parking is easy. You can’t eat inside.

Easy to find and abundant parking available in the area. No place to sit and eat inside the place. Ordering online is easy and the orders get accepted quickly. There are always great deals available if you use app to place the order.
Pizzas are hit and miss based on individual taste buds but chicken Parmesan cheese bites are the best.
I usually prefer carry out rather than delivery. Keeps pizza hot and I am also able to check pizza right there in the store if there’s any concern or question with the order.
Service is excellent and friendly staff will make it a good experience.

The Elden Street Papa Johns is really bad. They lost my order and then the manager Alicia or whatever her name is accused me of lying about my order. She asked if I’m sure I didn’t order from the John Milton location. I know where I ordered from. Watch out-your order might get lost!

The pizza dough was good as usual but i’m not if they employees are instructed to put a bare minimum amount of cheese and toppings.
There were many spots that did not have any cheese, i could count how many steak pieces were on the pizza and the other toppings were pretty much the same thing. I dont want to give a low rating as i should compared to the experience i had because i dont want to effect the owner. Hopefully 4 star would get the owners attention.

We had visitors with two small kids at home. We ordered Pizza (4 items: One Large Pepperoni, one medium veggie, one small cheese and bread sticks) for delivery on Jun5 at around 5pm. It turned out to be a Nightmare experience. More than two hours and Pizza were no where to be seen. We kept calling the Pizza shop and every time we’re told it was on its way. Both small kids were too much hungry and it was their time to go to bed. Their parents couldn’t wait any more and left with their kids for their home. We finally called up the Pizza shop and told them it was shame that our guests had to go hungry with no Pizza in sight. The manager expressed their sorry and said he was going to credit back our payment in full. The Pizza finally came but all cold and after our guests had already left. The real story starts after this..so, we found out in couple of weeks that they had not credited even a penny back to our account. We called them and the same manager said he cannot credit back the money but can give us equivalent items next time when we place order. Even though we told them that that was not what they had promised to do earlier but we agreed to accept their offer anyways. Guess what, when we called up to order the items in couple of weeks, they only gave one medium veggie pizza and one small cheese pizza! Their stock answer was “that’s what they can give..take it or reject it”. When we said it’s not fair, their one stock RUDE answer was “Deal with it”!!

I always thought they had good sauce that complimented the toppings. I’ve not been here in years bc of the competition, that came into the area. I saw the commercial for the Shaq pie, and I had to try it out. Because I had the honor or eye connecting with him years ago, lol The service was good, the pizza was loaded with peps, so every bite had at least one if not two or three peps, thank you! I prefer my crust as thin as possible and crisp (well done!). It missed the mark, but no issues that’s what toaster ovens are for! Thank you for the excellent price, it definitely called me to try them again! I’ll go back and i recommend them. My thought they should bring in the old world peps!

Pizza was delivered with the butter/garlic sauce open and covering half the bottom of the pizza which was gross. Called the store and a person by the name of George said he would refund my money but that I would need to come pick up a new pizza. This location previously was had consistant greak quality but its been hit or miss for a while and this is just one example. Find another location or risk inconsistant quality.
