Ordered a Carne Asada Quesadilla.
What I got was incredibly cold and unseasoned meat, cheese that was barely existent/paper thin and was what I think was oily cheddar cheese (who uses cheddar cheese for a quesadilla???), and hard tortillas that wasn’t even pan-fried.
It’s hard to call any of that a quesadilla.
It was so bad I stopped eating it after a few bites and took it home to add my own seasoning, additional items to the quesadilla, and a new non-rock hard tortilla. It was delicious what I made, but what I ordered was a complete and utter disappointment.
Do better.

Me and the kids are addicted to this place! One of the best fish tacos I personally have found here in Redmond! Super friendly and always smiling when I go in! Today I had it delivered but can still see there smile food is excellent and I recommend at least once!

Great food cooked to order and a large menu, so you’re bound to find something you like. Good fresh salsa options, tortilla chips are hot and straight out of the fryer. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly. It’s worth the trip if you’re not local.

Been going to Dylan’s since it opened in this location. Food is always delicious, hot, and prepared quickly! Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean, prices are great. Our go-to when we come into Redmond to run errands. Favorite dishes in our family include the chicken enchiladas, veggie burrito, and chicken tacos.

I’m with Brady on this one. Just garbage. And this was rated among the best in the US by DoorDash…. That isn’t saying much especially when the name isn’t even Hispanic, Dylan’s? Really?. Best Mexican food in the US is in Phoenix and it’s called Manuel’s. I’ve lived all over the country from Maine to Florida and from Florida to now Oregon with all the states in between for the most part and nothing touches Manuel’s.

INHALED!! Soooooooo Delicious!! Big Fan! This is the 5 with Everything! I ordered through Doordash Delivery! GREAT portion (I only got through 2!!) Tastes similar to the classic hard rolled tacos through the drive throughs but softer like a flauta/chimichanga!! Then they are piled high with FRESH lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole! I’m blown away! I’m going to tell everyone!! Keep up the great work!! Can’t wait to try more items!
