This is the worst Panda Express i’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to at least 20 to 30 (or more) all over the country.
I went for lunch, and it was absolutely claustrophobic. It was jammed with people ( most of them had 2 to 3 lirtlekids with them)? and the air was hot and heavy with grease and people’s germy breath.
I wish I had called my order in and just picked it up, but even those who had done that were waiting in line to pick up their orders.
It was even a longer wait in line to order in-person because they only had one person working with about 15+ people in line (where was the second employee that I often see in a pan express?When there’s only one or two people in line?) Usually a Panda is a pretty “fast tood,” but I must have waited thirty minutes (at least) to order.
The food was fine/typical, but the atmosphere of this store is pretty grim and SLOW.

I wish this location had more seating. It gets crowded around lunch.
More vegetarian options would also be great. This location doesn’t have tofu eggplant, but they do have the beyond orange chicken.

I told the manager that the employee who was over the food was using her gloves to clean the counters and pick up food that fell and she never changed her glove. The rice taste burnt the vegetables were good overall, the floor was nasty. I end up throwing away the food loss appetite

I have had the worst experience here. When I first arrived, there was only one woman working and she was busy talking to her friend who didn’t work there. She ended up helping me a few minutes later and she continued to get my order wrong several times, but I was like okay maybe it’s just not her day. So I was about to pay and it felt like she was ignoring me and I just gave up. Also my food tasted bad. Would not recommend going here
