Wanted to order a plate with Honey Walnut shrimp on the side as my child has a fish allergy but was told by front counter staff they’re not allowed to do that but he would make an exception this time. I told him never mind, don’t want it but it’s the principal — the fact of the matter is when told somebody has an allergy you accommodate them and not gaslight them with “well I’ll make an exception this time”

I never take the time to write reviews so me writing this definitely says something. On numerous occasions over the past 6 months this Panda Express is always out of main entrees 2 hours before closing. The purpose of this review is disregarding all of that. Monday night I went to this location to pick up dinner. The gentleman taking my order was very sweet. I have no complaints about the staff working. The complaint is I received 2 orders of raw orange chicken. I didn’t realize it right away I thought it was just chewy chicken. It took until I had a bigger piece of chicken that took a few bites. I’m now sitting at work with the worst stomach pain and nausea I’ve ever had. Im 95% sure it is food poisoning. Please do better Panda ☹️☹️

Place is very hit or miss. Some days food is absolutely gross and some days the food is decent. Gf has gotten food poisoning twice from this location from undercooked chicken . Won’t be back after that second time.

Won’t be eating inside as me and my hubby were just there to enjoy our meal a little date night on our anniversary but then the staff(i thank the manger) started raising her voice (or yelling)at a customer she had just walked in to get her order she wasnt rude or anything and to be told u can make a complaint at a establishment is quit embarrassing and wrong right in front of staff and customers I felt so bad for her we left immediately the rudeness of the staff woman was beyond ridiculous if this is how panda allows the staff to talk to customers like this i won’t be eating there any more and for a establishments to say u cant complain any more takes ur right away as a customer and as freedom of speech why as how ur doing if ur gonna attack the customer for complaining I dont know what the complaint was about but maybe she wouldn’t of complain if they didn’t make the mistake in the first place but what ever it was shure made the staff member be unprofessional and no one i mean no one deserves to be talk to like that they could of taken her to the side or something but what was done was wrong and unprofessional

Worst meal ever shrimp and walnuts were burnt and I asked fir sweet and sour packets. I was given soy sauce. Pretty expensive for a burnt meal. See pictures below.
