This was the best tenderloin. I have had in years. The fries were burnt but she refunded us on them. The bar was clean and not too noisy it was really a great experience I will definitely go again

Rossville Water Pub is a true local gem!
I recently stopped by the Rossville Water Pub @ 9 S Plank St in Rossville, Indiana, and it completely exceeded my expectations!
This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area since it opened in 2020. The vibe is welcoming and lively. Perfect for a casual night out, watching sports, or just hanging with friends. The cozy interior was nice, but not perfect, friendly staff, and that community feel do make you smile the moment you walk through the door, especially if you happen by during a live music event!
I went all in and ordered the Rossville Monster Burger, and wow… What a beast! This massive creation comes loaded with three juicy beef patties, plenty of perfectly cooked, crispy bacon, and three slices of melty American cheese. Every bite was packed with flavor! The patties were grilled to perfection, super juicy, and the bacon added that irresistible smoky crunch. A beautiful presentation, as well… It was hands down one of the most delicious burgers I’ve had in a long, long time, and the generous portion left me happily stuffed!
One small note: the burger didn’t come with condiments by default, so I had to suggest an assortment myself (ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, lettuce & tomato; the works).
The staff was super accommodating and brought everything over with a smile, no hassle at all. It actually made the experience feel more personalized, like they truly care about getting it just right for each customer.
Beyond the food, the pub shines with its full bar (great beer selection on tap), events like trivia nights, karaoke, live music, and even Taco Tuesdays. The service was attentive, fast, and genuinely friendly… A special shoutout to the team for making me feel right at home…
If you’re in or near Rossville, or willing to drive a bit, (it’s just 12 miles from Lafayette), do yourself a favor and check out the Rossville Water Pub!
Amazing food, great atmosphere, and top notch hospitality – easily 5 stars for food & service, w/ a 4 for the atmosphere, as it could use a bit more flair…
I’ll definitely be back for more Monster Burger action again, and to try the fried catfish everyone raves about!

Sweet bar between Kokomo and Lafayette. Saw Amanda jacks band here, had a great time. Drinks are really affordable, service is great, everyone is friendly.
Taco Tuesday update a year later :
Beef Tacos were advertised as $2 each. HOWEVER they add $0.50 if you get the order to go. Don’t ask me why, but my issue was that I wasn’t told and it’s a 25% tax if you don’t stay to eat…? Unwelcome surprise 🙁
Also the onion rings were a disaster. More like a breading and onion Mashup. Not a single good ring and they were cold. Probably because it took 48 min to get the order out. Everybody has an off day I guess.
French onion chip dip is incredible. Really a perfect dip for the chips here.
Also the beach club hot sub is awesome.

Stopped by for some lunch and ordered the wings. Very meaty and flavorful. Tots as a side is a must. Friendly locals and bartender. Updated and clean inside. Appears they also host live music.

Orders cowboy tenderloin, no spicy mayo. Guess what? Spicy mayo on it. Also forgot the side of fries.

I’ve worked in multiple restaurants and customer service for a total of 8 years. I’m glad I know how to rework food other wise my husband and I would’ve been out $50 and something to eat. Should not take me 10 minutes after getting our food to make it right.
Second time we’ve orders food since I’ve lived here in three years and both times were bad. Please do better. Or don’t I guess ♀️
