They don’t even deserve one star! My experience was extremely disappointing. When I walked in, I was never greeted, never acknowledged, and never asked what I wanted to order. There were two employees and two customers inside. The cashier was having a casual conversation with the two customers, while the other employee preparing food completely ignored me. As the only African American person in the store at the time, I couldn’t help but feel disrespected and unwelcome. I eventually walked out because no one made any effort to serve me.
Do better! Treat all customers equally, regardless of their race. I will never return to this location again

They don’t even deserve 1 star! I stopped by here on today around 4:30ish.. when I walked in not once was I greeted , not once was I asked what would I like to order.. NOTHING! I walked in & it was me and two older employees along with two customers that were not African American and the one employee that was running the register was having a chatty conversations on the side between the 2 customers as I was inside and the other lady that makes the food was avoiding to take my order I was the only African American inside and felt Disappointed because I was never greeted and never got asked what would I like on today! I walked out !!! DO BETTER ! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! LEARN TO TREAT ALL PEOPLE THE SAME NO MATTER OF OUR COLOR!

I so badly wanted to like Bill’s Hotdogs as they are Eastern, NC famous! After trying a hotdog with ketchup and the Bill’s hotdog (mustard, onions, and chili), I was disappointed. The chili was not like any chili I’ve had before (seemed to be goop). I understand they’re going for nostalgia and simplicity but some other toppings would be nice. I’m glad I gave it a try, but that’s about it.

“TERRIBLE”‼️ hot dog had absolutely no taste other than mustard. I took one bite & threw it away & it was all the way. Employees didn’t greet me when I walked in, I won’t return.

I prefer this Bill’s Hot Dog’s over the one downtown. The hotdogs are significantly cooked different, I’m not sure out, less burnt and wrinkly. The working ladies are always nice too, where some downtown have an attitude problem. A decade or two ago I would’ve been eating downtown but I guess things change!

The people are so friendly and nice. I’ve tried this place a few times but I cannot get behind it. The hotdogs are any average hot dog i can cook at home and there’s VIRTUALLY NO TOPPINGS. The chilli is spicy so if you don’t like spicy that’s a no go. The onions are raw. Will only put mustard on your hotdogs. They’ll throw in the ketchup packets like how hard is it to just put ketchup on .

Whenever I comes in town it my first stop of the day. The best hotdogs in United States. The prices was very reasonable compared to NJ and NY. There will be a line but worth the wait.
