Stopped for breakfast on our way through and it wasn’t busy at all. The lady who took our order was exceptionally polite and friendly. The whole place was reasonably clean and the location was very convenient four stopping while traveling through. There’s a playground outside that my kids enjoyed burning a little pent up car trip energy in. Overall a nice McDonald’s location.

I left my wallet here on the way to the beach. By the time I realized they were closed. I called as soon as they opened the following day. I continued to call 15-20 times and left 2 messages the for the next 36 hours. My phone calls were never answered and I was never contacted about my wallet. I then drove the 3 hours from the beach to ask, in person, if the had my wallet. After about 10 minutes they concluded it wasn’t there. The service i received when I initially list my wallet was horrible as well. It took several minutes to place my order when they gave me my change I was shorted a dollar. I didn’t get any napkins or ketchup in my to go order. In short, this was the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited and I would go anywhere else if you live or pass through Robersonville, NC.

Service was extremely slow! Waited over 6 minutes to order & was never addressed even after saying hello. Pulled to window to order,lady was not very nice. Still had to wait in parking lot for fries to cook! All together approximately 15 min total & only 1 car ahead of me. Several behind drove off due to how long the wait was. Rediculous!

The food is alright, sometimes if you are lucky you will get a huge biscuit for your sandwich. But the customer service can sometimes be lacking, which is to be expected when you have a bunch a teenagers practically running the joint. The facilities are pretty clean which is a plus though and plenty of space.

Pulled up in the drive thru last night and there was a sign to pull up to the window to order. We got to the window and it was open. There were 3 workers sitting at a table and not getting up. The alarm for time started going off while we were sitting there. After about 5 minutes a manager named Denise came over with a rude look on her face. Didn’t apologize for the wait, but said that we needed to go back around to the speaker in the drive thru to order. That they forgot to take the sign back off and that their radios were working again. After all that time waiting, you would think she wouldve apologized since she was the manager. She was very rude!! I will not be going back there again!

I give it one star because I was told by the supervisor not to park me as I sit and wait for my food in drive thu. After 10 minutes of waiting in line. They gave me someone else food. So I had to wait another 20 minutes. So I decided to go in and get my money back. Then the cashier handed my food. And guess what. It was Hot. After waiting for a full 30 min’s. Poor service at McDonald’s in Robersonville NC. Especially in Drive Thu. Thank you

If I could I would give 0 stars. The bathrooms were horribly maintained. No papertowels. Lock on big bathroom not really holding door unless you play with it for 5 minuets or have someone just hold it.
My fiance informed me that the mens bathroom had no soap which is very concerning for them to be in a food service business and they are going to the bathroom. They really need a surprise visit.
Ice machine was broken and the staff seemed inconvenience to put ice in a cup.
Staff mocked someone about a cup of ice. Very inappropriate. I understand when having a customer upset when they want to fill a cup of ice and not have to pay for another cup. But was asked upon the staff if he was manager the man behind the counter said yes. And was just questioned why charge for a cup when it wasn’t there cup. They already bought a large drink. And they wouldnt fill the cup he bought from them. But to have the audacity to mock this poor gentleman while still in the same room. I wanted to say something.
I’m glad I don’t live near that McDonalds what a joke.

Really dirty. First time coming in. First thing noticing from farr away! Guy making my burger with no gloves on. No gloves on. And he is touching everything else. I told manager about it. She told him to wear it. He was so mad. His other co worker came to make me a butger with “gloves on” and he came from the back and I haven’t even seen he put them gloves on in the front. I bet he was touching everything dirty and came to make me a burger with “gloves on” . Really nasty! Never seen anything like this before. This place should be closed or get a new manager. She didn’t even apologize to me! Rude rude attitude! Never seen anything like this!

Updated (fixed spelling error) from my review a year ago: Terrible. Slower than slow. I got a southwest salad that already had dressing on it, didn’t have cheese, was soggy and half rotten with brown lime wedges. And, the fries were old and cold! Don’t waste your time or money here!

About every time I go there something wrong with the food, the machine broke, or the workers are so unprofessional. Even some times I feel like they are ill toward the customer. Or act funny when you come in like if they wasn’t the closest one near my house I would go somewhere else. Don’t get me wrong some of the workers are cool and friendly but not main ones like managers and workers that work there for a while can act very unprofessional.
