Stopped in as I was passing through town and what a pleasant surprise! Loved the barn-like atmosphere but in a very clean way. Service was very friendly, the latte was tasty, and the baked goods we’re delicious. There’s is only one restroom, which is less than ideal, but it’s clean. Hopefully I’ll swing by again some day.

Today Zigs was very disappointing. Have been going there for many years and had been pleased in past. Salad had many pieces of brown lettuce and very wilted.This was takeout. and the usual roll that had came with salad was not in bag when I got home. I waited a very long time for the order. So long that the latte to go was barely warm by time I got the salad. Staff preparing food had hair hanging out and hands touching their body while preparing food.
Demeanor and lack of attention to work by 2 fellows preparing food was inappropriate. Talking non stop about social/personal matters entire time while I and other customers were waiting. Much talk and often stopping work to talk back and forth about non work discussions. Very frustrating. Hope this improves. This is second time have encountered this behavior . In past had been very pleased with Zigs.

It is a very casual, rustic setting. I shared a delicious chicken salad sandwich with my friend. You can easily share with a friend…plates are available. Bakery goods are available.

I stopped here for a quick dinner on a Wednesday evening in June. I have been here a bunch of times prior to this and can’t believe I missed doing a review before. I usually don’t have a meal here tho, I typically stop in for baked oatmeal or cookies to go when I’m in this area.
In this occasion I had the Turkey pesto sandwich. It was good. The bread was very soft and tasted fresh. You order at the counter then go pick it up when your buzzer tells you it’s ready. Their baked oatmeal looks like a muffin and is wrapped in plastic so it’s easy to just grab and go. You can warm it up and as milk at home if you want. I just eat it as is. It’s always moist and flavorful. They have a curry chicken salad that is good to. You can get that in a container to go from their small deli case. They also have frozen soups to go.
The atmosphere is very much like a coffee shop. Yes, they have coffee too. It’s rustic and cozy. I have never been here when it’s crowded so it’s always easygoing for me.
The staff are always polite. Prices are very reasonable compared to other similar locations. Parking is easy although there is only one way to get in and get out depending on which direction you are heading.

The cutest little cafe and deli! I don’t get to stop by often but when I do I’m reminded I need to make it a point to come and enjoy this place when I have more time. I had a delicious lemon poppyseed scone and an iced chai latte!

So cute and food was delicious! Best turkey pesto sandwich on focaccia bread. Girls had yummy grilled cheese. Hubby liked his cafe au lait – Peruvian roast. We had scones and pecan pie on the side. Warm service and clean.

Zigs has such delicious and fresh foods and delicious coffee drinks. I recently got a Americano there. Their yogurt parfaits are amazing. I would make a special trip to get their Flax bread.

We ordered cupcakes and cookies for our wedding at Brick Gables (upstairs) and they were phenomenal. Thankfully a couple made it home with us for us to enjoy after the wedding! All of my wedding meetings I would swing into the café and get a coffee and treat and all have been incredible. I look forward to coming here and trying more of their menu!!

Good locally made food! Staff is friendly and prices are fair. They have an adorable inside seating area & it’s very quiet + peaceful inside. Would recommend for a light lunch/brunch with friends or alone. A cute place & good to support locally owned businesses!

Nice quiet little Cafe. We had a croissant chicken salad sandwich potatoe chips. Everything was amazing and I’m pretty sure the chips were homemade. Also had a side of potato salad that was also delicious. The setting in the basement of the barn is also very nice. We will definitely have to stop in again soon.
