I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The store did not look clean when I walked in — the counters looked messy, the prep area seemed poorly maintained, and overall it just didn’t feel sanitary.
What really bothered me was the lettuce on the sandwich line. It looked discolored and honestly like it might have had mold on it. I pointed it out because it didn’t look safe to eat. That completely killed my appetite and made me question how well the food is being stored and checked.
Cleanliness is the bare minimum for a restaurant, especially one serving fresh ingredients. I ended up not finishing my food because I just didn’t feel comfortable. Definitely not the standard I expect, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

Ordered a sandwich through the app (probably where my mistake began), #16 sweet onion chicken teryaki, heavy spinach, tomatoes, heavy banana pepper, heavy jalapeño, pepper jack cheese.
What I got was the saddest, most pathetic excuse of a sandwich.
I decide to call and try to give them a chance to correct.
The lady on the phone asked what was wrong with the order, I explained, she responded “That’s normal, what else can I do for you?”
Worst excuse for a SubWay. Worst excuse for a sandwich.

This restaurant was a great place for a family lunch for my small family of four! My 1-year-old had a Subway sandwich for the first time and she loved it! Convenient down town location close to our home and super convenient for MSU students. The store was clean and the staff was friendly.

Brought a group of kids in. A bit disappointed she didn’t say whose sandwich was whose and put them all in one bag. We were the only customers in the store as I could understand if it had been busy. Kids were going in different cars and we had to open them all up. She didn’t seem to like her job much.

Do you want to be treated like garbage? Come to this location! Just had the worst interaction I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The guy (I don’t know his name, he never gave me my receipt or asked) was extremely rude for absolute no reason. I usually go to the subway at the PSU, but it was closed when I got there today, so I went to this location. If you want subway without the bad experience go to the PSU. The employees there are actually great!

Lady at subway was rude as hell i asked for the number 20 chicken bacon ranch sandwich she didn’t put chicken or ranch just bacon and some veggies and i ordered 2 bmt sandwich my was not good she didn’t put anything meat or cheese just Bacon and some veggies and very little black olives and the 2 sandwichs bread was overcooked she toasted the bread for a minute and not 30 seconds terrible service ever 0/10
