I don’t get it. I thought Mexican food was tasty. Ours was just bland. It did not have salt nor pepper. Their sauce wasn’t tasty either. This was not our first time eating there; but our last.
As a comparison, we stopped by Taco bell a few days later. The taste was much better.

Best burrito I’ve had in years! Great service too. Homemade tortillas, it’s like having someone’s grandmother cooking the kitchen.

You order at the counter, and they bring it to the table. The huarache is solid. Their green sauce has a nice heat to it, and the red sauce is good with no heat. I ordered a side of grilled jalapenos and onions which were amazing. The service was good.

Some of the best authentic Mexican food around! Love the quesadilla and green sauce.

First time back in Louisiana and came to this place. 1. Because I like to try new places but also give business to small businesses. 2. Who doesn’t love Mexican food? Well when I tell you I ordered alot for me and the family we ordered alot to the point as of June 6 we still had half a leftover of the burritos for dinner.

Also if you like homemade flour or corn tortillas come here these remind me of the time when I was in Houston.

Will post pics of the food soon…

Chips and salsa was not free and was a joke. Taist like Walmart chips and v8 juice with cilantro. Beans and meat taisted burnt and rice had no taist. Won’t go back.

It’s not fancy. It’s authentic. It’s super flavorful. Wonderful family atmosphere. Everything is cooked fresh to order.

Gaby was a phenomenal waitress. She brought toys for our fussy toddler and even ran out after us in the parking lot because we forgot a stuffed animal.

The food was outstanding. The food and the ambience felt the closest to authentic Mexico I’ve gotten in North LA and I’ve even at a few chains here – Gonzales, El Jarrito, Don Chuy.

I got the trio fajitas and they were amazing. They are generous with the lime and the food is amazingly fresh. The guacamole is best I have eaten. Price is in line with the competition. Service to go was quick, and young lady was friendly. The shrimp could have been a little larger if I need a improvement. Portion generous. This is not TexMex.
