The service was great no doubt about that. The gentleman at the counter was polite, joyous, and offered good recommendations. The food was better than chipotle but definitely can’t beat real Mexican. The salsa was too over seasoned with lime to the point it was watery and just tasted like lime. I ordered the chorizo refried beans as a side and there was no chorizo to be seen. The burritos were good though and I will come back for that. I won’t take this as a service issue just maybe a recipe issue. Other than that I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good fat burrito but doesn’t want chipotle.

We had lunch for our office and everyone was thrilled with their choices.
I had the YO MAMA with rice.
Everything was delicious and the portions were spot on! I LOVED the Chips and Salsa too.
The Manager, Spencer, has been nothing but courteous and welcoming since introducing himself.

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Overall a great experience. The wife and I tried the “build your salad” menu item. She had the veggie version and I had the grilled chicken version. You can add as many side items as you want to the salad as toppings such as black beans, avocado, queso, pica de gao, etc. The salads were huge and we both needed “to go” boxes after the meal. The only issue I had was the recorded music. Not my preferred music but the younger crowd would probably like it. Highly recommend

Hidden in a strip mall off Hwy 98 Taco Mama delivers their large menu of fresh ingredients tacos, burritos, salads and a good kids menu. Couple this with a full bar offerings and outdoor as well as indoor seating it’s a fun little restaurant. The menu offers lots of fresh made salsa’s and toppings for build your own. I had grilled flounder tacos and they were quite good and filling.
I will definitely give them another visit next time I’m down there.

Holy COW this place serves the largest damn build your own nachos I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. With 2 drinks I spent less than $25.00! Food is excellent and staff are eager to assist. Bottomless additions to your Nachos…Need more cheese FREE. need more Olives…FREE…need more salsa…FREE..give this place a chance and you will NOT be disappointed.

This was our first time in. We had food previously from a catered event and it was delicious. The food at the restaurant was good but not very hot. We had to send the queso back, should have sent the tacos back as the steak was cold but we were hungry. The mixed drinks were very weak.
The highlight of our visit was the customer service. I don’t recall the young man’s name but he was outstanding. We will give Taco Mamma another try based on his service alone.

Our first time to visit. Ben greeted us and politely went over the menu which was very helpful. The food was great and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. Ben was very friendly and has great customer service skills. We will really enjoyed our tacos. We highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back!

The decor and atmosphere were so much fun. The staff were all so friendly with smiles on their faces, and the whole place was CLEAN!
Love all the choices and variety you can get to make your meal your “own” or they have preset meals too.
We got a burrito bowl (love the cilantro-lime rice!!!), a HUGE pile of loaded nachos and the house sangria. All were delicious and hit the spot! The chips are so crispy and fresh, and the queso is delicious! They also have a whole list of margaritas – frozen or on the rocks!
Gulf Breeze is lucky to have a Taco Mama in their area!

I stopped in for a quick lunch. The food was amazing. Super portions…left over alert. The servers were so kind, nice and helpful. Asked if I wanted water and got it for me and gave me a take out box without me even asking. It wasn’t a quick lunch but a much needed treat!

We were greeted when entering asking us if our first time at Taco Mama. It was our first visit so the sweet girl went over the menu with us. Ordering was so fun while getting to select all the freshest ingredients on our nachos and tacos. Great prices. My nachos were huge and could have easily fed 3 people. The freshest home made chips and perfect seasoned chicken with delicious fresh toppings. Probably some of the best nachos I’ve had. Checked on frequently by those working there and even the Manager came and checked on us and was so friendly! A great experience!! Wish we had time to go back again while visiting here! Thank you for the Best Service Taco Mama!
