I will say I think there food a little high but as I go to every restaurant in middlesboro ky and reveiw them. Taco bell does deliver a great experience employees trained so well in customer service food always correct you get what you order. When you eat there you feel welcomed. I would say if you feel like some tacos or a good Mexican pizza give them a try they will not disappoint. I highly recommend taco bell

I Had two experiences one of which wasn’t very good. but the new General Manager of the Store Made everything better. This Man truly cares about his position as a Manager and Corporate should really Recognize that. They also need to help this store with the technical issues they are having with equipment. If you expect your Management and employees to work the way I know you do then you need to do everything in your power to help make that easier for them. Especially having a manager that just took this store over.
I truly hope that you get all your employee issues figured out and that will stop some of the issues we had before speaking with you.

I love the Cinnamon twists. Lately there has been less and less cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on them. They dont taste as good when it is just the twist. Please add more cinnamon/sugar on the twists. They used to have a good amount a month or so ago.

We ordered the food and took 4 seconds to get to the window and they immediately had us the food…fast service? No it was already made and sitting. All 3 Doritos tacos shells were soggy from the bottom to halfway up the dang shell…it was mushy gross and not warm. The grilled cheese steak burrito was cold enough that the cheese was solid and had cheese on one side and as soon as I unwrapped it the cheese fell off in one whole piece. Lastly I looked at the sauce packets they gave me and there was some dried nastyness on the packages and two were open and dry at the opening… meaning they were sitting at the bottom of something for awhile….and they gave them to me smh. No excuse not to make it fresh no excuse for giving me those old dang sauce packets. Worst taco bell in awhile, don’t know if it’s the location, that shift or what but I didn’t get to eat the taco’s ( tried but it was gross) ate 3/4 of the burrito because I was starving…….do better.

Quality has gone way down. The cheesy gordita crunch is advertised as grilled and it was not. There was barely any filling in the taco, and I ordered black beans and rice in the drive thru, and I didn’t even get utensils to eat with. Not what it used to be.

Managers do not know job duties. They do not make sure the food is made correctly. They actuality encourage making the food wrong.
When I asked her to tell me how they make a 5 layer burrito. I get meat, beans, sour cream, cheese. I reply what about the shells? We only use one shell here!!!
Wait what? So your different than Allll the other ones? Nooo I don’t think so.
She replies, I can use 2 shells if you want me too. Yes! I want them made the right way. Slams the ones I hand her back in the garbage. I over hear 1 women say he’s the one who called corporate on us a little while back! YES! I DID. I’ll also do it again and again until you’re either fired, or you do your jobs right. When I pay for a service I want it made or done the right way. Not half done!
Taco bell do better with who you chose to lead your teams. Your crews needs structure. supervisors are not friends. They are leaders and the ones you have chosen DO NOT provide either trait. I will keep complaining until all your managers are making each crew member do their jobs correctly. Even if it’s twice a week, and I have to piss the manager and the crew off every time I’m there. GET IT RIGHT!

My fiancé and I Drove 25 mins to this taco bell location tonight(11:00pm) to be greeted with were out of beef,ok no problem, what about beans? She responds actually we’re not taking orders for awhile til idk when, I’ve worked in retail and understand it’s one thing for a system failure but this was not the case here. Sadly this isnt the first issue ive experienced at this location but thats a story for another day.
Someone needs to get this location in order before they run off the rest of the customers.
