Great experience! We arrived just as they were closing and the manager let us order and made sure we got a great meal. It had been a long day and we were worried we missed our chance to eat but the team helped us out. Food was great and the fries were fantastic! So happy with the service we received.

i got a regular philly sandwich ONLY tomato ONLY mayo and they asked if i wanted any lettuce i said no. i get my food i spent $15 on and it has grilled veggies im allergic to. i take it back and they said “well i asked” but no you didn’t. i said ONLY TOMATO ONLY MAYO and you asked about lettuce not the grilled veggies.
i was the only one in line at the time so this is ridiculous. everytime i come to this location it’s always an issue.

After receiving my order of wings, i was eating and the wings were not full cooked!! This can cause food poisoning so I went up to the cashier to the wings show the server I asked for a manager and she said Manager is not in today you can call the number on the receipt to reach the manager, so that’s what I did as I was calling the server picked up the phone. This place should be closed. There has been so many poor reviews in this place should not be open. I went on Thursday 08/28/2025 between 3-4:30pm

Not Good! Ordered the original cheese steak, meat was tasteless and no seasoning and the cheese sauce tasted like nothing. Bread roll that it was on fell apart immediately.

Charley’s is one my favorite restaurants. All of their food is to die for! The cheese fries, Philly cheesesteaks, and the lemonades are oh so delicious! I’m craving some of their food just as I’m writing this review!

If you like steak sandwiches, a great option to buy from. I usually used to order from them under a different name, method is similar but they don’t disappoint in the cooking. Always glad to have an extra long drink and fries with mine. Pricey but delicious.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this Charley’s for over 10 years at LEAST once a week and have never had a bad experience as bad as these last few times that I’ve been here. The new management has really done poorly at this location. Workers that have been working here for years are talked down upon by the new employees who are all family of the owner who don’t even have proper training to work this job. Some of these employees have worked here since before I even started coming here and have more experience making these sandwiches than the people who purchased this location. They randomly cut hours of the employees who actually KNOW how to make the food and let people who how have no knowledge work and get all the hours instead of training how to make the sandwiches. They’re changing the menu to their own liking to save the product from running out faster. Everything is bland with no flavor. I have had my food made wrong 4 times since the new management has taken over it. The old owner made sure everything ran smoothly. It’s a shame all the good employees are leaving because of how this business is being run. Won’t be coming back here again! I’ll head over to Yorktown mall instead.
