Ordered a light sauce cheese pizza. It came with extra sauce on it. It was inedible. I’m tomato intolerant. I can have small amounts of it, but this was way too much.
Tonight pizza left at the door, no knock on the door. Sat out for a half hour. I called the store and the management acted as it was my fault. Papa John’s is coming to town. This store needs to take care of its faithful customers. Would have been great to eat hot the first time. I shouldn’t have had some kind of a refund.
I don’t mind if it’s going to take 60 minutes, just don’t tell me it’s going to take 30 minutes and let me stand there for 1/2 hour
