As someone from Pittsburgh, of course I wanted to try the chili everyone we met in Cincinnati talked about. While I quickly found out it wasn’t my thing at all, it was difficult to be angry about it – some things just aren’t for everyone! The service was still great and it was a nice, old-school diner vibe which I can appreciate. It’s definitely something to give a shot if you haven’t before.

It’s been many years since I’ve been in Covington, so when back in the area I stopped in here to try some Skyline Chili. Service was friendly. The place is definitely a dive. Food was decent. Chili tasted good, but didn’t have the flavors I seem to recall from 15 years ago. Overall, not bad.

Skyline Chili was at the top of my list for things to try when we were in the area. Very glad we did. First of all our server was great he was super attentive and even brought out some extra crackers for our baby. I ordered a regular size 5 way and one cheese coney. My wife got the skyline dip. It was very good in my opinion. The noodles in the chili was interesting and changed the flavor from what I’m used to. I really liked their hot sauce and added a good amount to my food as well. Definitely gonna order some for the house. The coney was overflowing with cheese as it seems everything does there but it kept a nice balance of flavors and textures. My wife liked her dip as well. I will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

Being from Georgia I wanted to try something different from what’s back home. This was a pretty simple meal, but not like anything I had ever tried. I had a small 5 Way and it was plenty for me. I enjoyed it and would try it again. Service was good and our meal was surprisingly cheap.

This particular restaurant location was so good. When we visited Cincinnati last year we tried Skyline Chili and it was okay. We did not see the big deal. This year, my grandchildren came with me and they wanted to try the chili everyone raves about. So we chose a new location and it was super. The food was so different from the first time. It was really good. The service is great and the atmosphere was friendly and inviting.

Very good. I had never had Cincinnati chili, but had heard about it for years. It did not disappoint. The portion was HUGE! There must have been 6 oz of cheese on top and the chili itself with a unique blend of spices was absolutely delicious. I was told Skyline was the best place to try this legendary chili, and I tend to agree.

The traditional 4 way was delicious and reasonably priced. Further, the staff here was incredibly friendly, fast, and efficient. The restaurant interior was also very clean. I would recommend if you’re in the mood for some good food in a hurry with a friendly smile.

Nice and cozy place with food that has proven years. Greek food with american fusion & ice tea culture amazed me. Loved the cheesy hot dog dish named coneys. Try it!

I love coming to this skyline! The staff are great and so friendly. Today, I had an issue with my check card. They allowed me to come back and pay later. Timmy and Kara were so kind and helpful when I returned. They were very delightful and smiling. This store is always clean, and the restrooms are clean too. The food is great and comes out hot. There is always such a great atmosphere here. Make sure you stop by and see Renee, who is also a delight. Thanks for being such a great staff. ❤️

This was a place that I was told I needed to try when visiting Cincinnati. It was absolutely worth it. The staff alone were a 5/5. As soon as we entered, a waitress came over to us, brought us some small crackers, and sat down with us to explaining the menu. She even brought us a small sample to try if their famous chili over spaghetti!
I decided to get their 5-way, a spaghetti noodle base topped with their famous chili, diced tomatoes, beans, and a heaping mound of shredded cheese. Since it was an option, I went with their “spicy habenero cheese.” It wasn’t spicy at all, but it was nice to add a little more flavor to the dish.
The waitress put on bibs for us to use to prevent making a mess with the food. The dish itself was very tasty. I wish there was more chili in the ratio, since there was a ton of noodles and cheese, but it was still a good choice.
