Service was less than adequate. We were overcharged on our appetizer and it didnt come till after our food arrived. Food was good, but service needs much improvement.

Ordered at 7:25 pm for 8pm pickup. Called inside at 8:15 was told in a rude manner by the person answering the phone they are bagging everyone in the curbside pickup and on their way out with it. 8:30 pm, 15 minutes later, it still hasn’t been brought out to our car. Absurd.

While it took a while to get seated I think alot of people forget that its only been open for a week and are way to quick to dismiss the resturant.
The food was fantastic and the waitress was friendly and knew what she was doing. The only real complaint I have is that when I ordered a chocolate stampede it came out completely frozen and was hard to cut into. It still tasted good and was overall a great experience.

1st Andrea was our server, so knowledgeable, positive personality, friendly & checked on us often enough we didn’t need to wait for her for anything, she was quick & friendly.
The food was great & atmosphere was nice, not noisy.
We did have to wait before entering the restaurant, they were having issues with the power, (not the fault of the restaurant) the staff apologized to everyone so many times for the wait. (Maybe 15 minute wait).

Ordered take out at 5 pm, earliest time to pick up was 6 pm. Order brought car at 6:45. Ordered three medium rare Filets. Received two sirloins and one filet. Packaged stating filet but clearly two were sirloins and one was well done. Sweet potato ordered. Got a regular potato. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Either go elsewhere in Richmond or drive to the Longhorn in Lexington! I’d give less than 1 star if possible!

Fantastic food! All these people Crying on the reviews about service and this and that do you all realize this place is brand new? its almost like the world is full of cry baby’s anymore. Longhorn thanks for the awesome free dinner before opening the doors i will be back again and again!

Hoping this improves with training. Waitress didn’t know about dairy free or gluten free options, just said look at the website QCR code. Menu is not marked I ordered a hamburger and was careful to say I can’t eat dairy. No cheese, no butter on roll. The waitress asked if I wanted mayo and veggies. I said just the veggies because mayo sometimes has dairy. Ordered a salad with no cheese. Total confusion in the kitchen. A manager came out 3 times to ask about my salad. I just didnt want cheese. They brought my mother’s salad out but apparently discussed mine for 10 min. Burger came out but had a white sauce on it. I had eaten some before I noticed. A manager asked how the food was and I said I need a new burger with no sauce because it probably contained dairy. She went into the kitchen and asked and came back to agree it contained dairy and explained it was a garlic sauce. Well, I had ordered the burger with just veggies and cant eat dairy. Thankfully it wasnt a allergy that causes anaphylatic issues. So I had to wait for a new hamburger. It was good but should have been correct the first time. Food restrictions are important. My mother had shrimp,rice,and fries. Shrimp was good but rice and fries were way too salty/seasoned. She couldn’t eat anything but the shrimp. Rediculous. Then we were told we can order fries without seasoning. Well thats not on the menu. Very disappointed, hope it improves.

We put our names on the waitlist online, checked in at the hostess stand, and then ran some errands as we watched our spot online. Super easy! Would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to check it out in the near future as all of Richmond is pouncing on our newest addition.
Diamond was our server and she was excellent. She was funny and helpful. We enjoyed her conversation so much! I will ask for her section in the future.
