Loved it. Been looking for a new favorite ever since Lola’s closed and this is it. delicious. Macho burrito is huge and chimichanga one of the best I’ve had. Good warm chips brought to the table right away. Good selection on the menu. Margaritas and Paloma among the drinks from a full bar. If you have a long day at work they offer a shot and beer $17

Very good food. Everything tasted fresh and chef quality.
Absolutely loved the blended horchata. It was very sweet but sooo good. I had crispy beef tacos. Excellent flavors. I get the warm meat, cool sour cream, and fresh sweet tomatoes in one bite.
My wife had the shredded chicken enchiladas with tomatillo sauce. Chicken was very juicy with great seasoned flavors.

The food and service was wonderful! There were 17 of us and all agreed it was the best mexican food we had ever had! We couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant to celebrate our 60th anniversary.

Came here for dinner tonight. We heard it was a new business in an older location. We would never come in here when the previous business was here because of words around town.
We were pleasantly pleased with the food and service. Wow! Super tasty food. The smoke salsa is something to write home about. The service was great! (Sorry, I forgot her name but a great waitress).

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this restaurant. First, the portions were extremely small — everything from the rice to the main dish felt undersized. The salsa was also a major letdown; it was watery, almost like when there’s just a little salsa left and someone adds water to stretch it out. That’s exactly how it tasted.
On top of that, the service wasn’t great. The server never checked in to ask if we needed refills on our drinks. For the price and the experience, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Catrina’s Cantina is legitimately the best Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. Wow. Unbelievable in the quality and amount of food you get. Why are you eating anywhere else? Stop searching for the best Mexican food in Roseville and GET HERE NOW!!!

They have nailed the atmosphere and service, but the food wasn’t as flavorful as I expected. I was disappointed that all the things that should have been mixed into our guacamole was on the bottom. We didn’t find out til we ate all of it. It was good but would have been better mixed in had we known.
