I recently visited the KFC in Page, AZ and was genuinely impressed by how squeaky clean and spotless the entire restaurant was — from the dining area to the restrooms. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and it really showed. Hats off to the team for their hard work!
The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The ordering system was smooth and efficient, and my order was served very quickly — no long waits, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the food wasn’t quite as hot as it should have been. It seemed like it might have been prepared a bit earlier than when it was served. That said, the food still tasted fresh and was well-prepared.
Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stop by again. Clean, friendly, and fast — just a little room for improvement on the food temperature.

2 stars because the lady at the window was nice, the food was horrible! Ordered chicken tenders meal and the only thing that was fresh was the sauce they gave out. Fries were cold and hard, and tenders were like rubber. I ate it because I was in a rush and hungry. they leave food out far too long to save a dollar.

I don’t think much people would look at Google reviews before heading into KFC, but for the off chance you do, McD is next door, while I haven’t been there, I can’t think your experience could be worst than here in KFC.
No wings, no original thighs… so water company ran out of water? Ice company have no ice?! The crispy is creepy, they are tasteless, the tray they gave me as plate had more flavor than the crispy chicken.
Do not even bother asking for a cup for water. They have no cups for water, and they’d be happy to sell you a cup if you push any harder.
Soda cost 2.99 and 3.19… how? Why? How about next time i go over to Walmart, buy a 2 Liter, some party cups, being them over while I eat your flavorless chicken?!
And dont get me start on the “order thru kiosk” thing. The machine offer to email you or text you your receipt (third choice is no receipt), it never said your order number, it said listen to your name. And guess what they call from behind the counter? For those of you guessing your name, ha, you are as wrong as their own kiosk, they call order number. After calling or my order number like 5 times, they finally switched to my name, and proceeded to look at me like I had three heads.
If you read it this far, let me say it again, please, save yourself and go somewhere else.

Worst service and attitude ever! We ordered on app and went to store to pick up. We waited for 25min for them to tell us all chicken are sold out! YET WE STILL SAW THEM TAKING DRIVE-THRU ORDER!!!
The store manager told us to request refund, but the app never worked! We always get KFC on road trip but this was the worst KFC experience ever! Don’t go! There’s another local fried chicken place in town, called BirdHouse, go there instead.

Food was good. Customer service was really, really bad. The lady taking our order was so rude. At the drive through window she was seeming so annoyed at my husband’s questions and not to mention when my husband walked in to ask for plates she literally yelled at her other employee to “go and see what he wants!” I wish I had taken her name to add to this review. I went in on Sunday, November 9, 2025. In between 2:30 and 3:30 pm.

Incredibly fast service by the kitchen, great tasting food. The kiosks “hide” the value items, but if you look at the bottom right side of the menu behind the register you’ll see “Taste of KFC” deals. On the kiosk enter “Taste” in the search bar and those same value options show up.
