Ordered a chicken bacon ranch no chicken called up there lady said she remembers making my sandwich and that she put chicken on it, i told her im not looking for free food i just wanted what i ordered she proceeded to tell me the chicken is on there, look went thru 9:04pm got home 9:57pm, yall closed at 10pm. I come there alot, and just saying im a lier and that it’s on there, keep your sandwich credit i wont be back rude people don’t deserve good business.

The whole entire staff at this entire location is completely incompetent. Has no idea what they’re doing. They cannot even bring up a sandwich when you go through the drive-through so save your time. Save your money just go to Subway®. I’m done with this place. I’m telling everybody that it’s trash.

I stopped off and got a number 15, which was the tuna with no tomato. Everything was right on the sandwich, but the sandwich was hard as a rock trying to eat it. You people have got to step up a little bit if you’re gonna charge what you charge for a sandwich. Service was great atmosphere was great. The food was awful. I absolutely love JJ’s and eat it regularly. I prefer their sandwiches over Subway any day. Except for today.. I ordered a #16 – Club Lulu, which is supposed to come with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I usually always add cheese to mine also. Today, however, my turkey and bacon sandwich with cheese added, came as just a bacon and cheese sandwich. There was absolutely no turkey at all on this “turkey and bacon” sandwich. There was so much cheese on it that it was actually hard to swallow because I’m just not a fan of cheese like that. On top of my sandwich missing half of the main ingredients that make the whole sandwich, the bread was only about half baked and soggy, and since this is about missing ingredients, just earlier this week, literally less than 7 days ago, I got the same sandwich, from the same store, only that time my sandwich was missing the bacon!!! Needless to say, I was not able to finish eating what I paid for tonight. Considering 1 sandwich costs over $10, and the main protein(s) were missing twice in one week, this is just plain unacceptable, beyond disappointing, and if I were someone in charge of this store I would seriously have to question the employees at the Wood River, IL location about whatever is happening down there.

Although the food is good, there is so much cross-contamination going on. I saw employees never change their gloves, never wash their hands, touch their faces, touch oven handles, touch bread for new sandwiches all while wearing the same gloves and touching lettuce, Meats, tomatoes, cheese etc…. It seems as though retraining should be done.

Placed an order for delivery today online and I was waiting a little longer than expected. Wouldn’t really think anything of it. My daughter opened the door and my food is sitting outside on the ground. I called the restaurant. I talk to the manager. The manager asked the delivery driver did you knock on the door he say I rang the doorbell and I knocked and I said the doorbell doesn’t work. He did not knock all of my windows are open in my house and I’m sitting here waiting for my food. The manager never apologized. He said the only thing he Could do is tell him to knock harder next time. This is very unacceptable. I don’t even know how long my food was sitting out there. Nobody never knocked, and that has never happened to me and I order often. Poor customer service.
