I honestly dont know why this place doesnt have a higher score!! Food is great and is ready quickly, nice and hot!! Food has great flavor!! We had the bacon Avocado burger, chili cheese fries and a side of zucchini (which was a big serving) menu items are priced fair and I didnt feel like I was spending a lot!! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area!! I will be recommending to friends and family!!

Every previous time I’ve order a Machaca burrito, it was excellent and would have been recommended. My last one this morning was greez oozing & brown bag abominative. There was oily grease everywhere outside of the bag that it was in contact with. I returned, and returned it. The replacement, was an improvement in my opinion of approximately 80percent better but still tasted sickening from whatever type of grease they put inside. ( I asked for zero grease.) Picture is enclosed.

Most of the time the food is good. Today not so, ordered a chorizo burrito and it had a “curious” smell.
On top of that, this is the 3rd time I order my food with no cheese, and of course the cashier does not relay that info. To the cook, and the meal shows up with cheese.
I was the only customer in the joint. Why they can’t get it right, is beyond me.

Took family to breakfast waited over an hour. They brought out half our order. Waitress indicated our 2 remaining plates would be right out. Half hour later still no food. Asked for a refund of remaining order since they must have give part of our order to some one else. They need to have a better system of bring out food. Not one piece at a time.

was rude. I waited 25 min for my order & she never gave the cooks the order. Everyone who order there food b4 & after me all received there order. I ask about my order & her boss said he never received it & she told her boss in Spanish that she gave me my order & she thought I didn’t understand Spanish, I said no you didn’t, me & my family been waiting. I ask for my money back & the man apologized. He was nice but she should be fired for being unprofessional n lieing. She didn’t apologize at all. That place wasn’t even busy to begin with. She lacks communicating with the cooks n they shouldn’t be apologizing when she knew she didn’t hand them the order.

Burger depot is amazing!!! I had the shrimp burrito and my gf had the fish tacos and both our minds and taste buds were blown away. We took our food to go(a great place to get take out before heading to the drive-in movies down the street)the staff was super friendly and the food was bomb.com.

It’s definitely not the same place. The food quality is not the same. I ordered the #4 breakfast. The hashbrowns were undercooked. The toast was practically untoasted. The sausage was burnt, but the scrambled were perfectly cooked. The prices also went up which is ok but the food needs to be better.

Went inside and booths & counters are dusty as well. Looks like attention is given to behind the counter, but maybe that’s why not many people eating in the restraunt. Noticed people ordering to take out.

To be honest i looked on the reviews here on Google and it got my hopes up I moved to this city a year ago and have been looking for a great burger place, I ordered 2 bacon burgers fries and zucchini fries , the burger flavor was standard and fries were soggy ish with very okay taste. The zucchini fries were huge and had cheese on it for some reason, they were also soggy, the ranch looked very chunky and odd , had a very strong mayo flavor. I’m not coming here they also got my order wrong even though it wasn’t busy or anything.

This place is straight up ghetto! No ac, it was really hot in there. This place needs to be updated like years ago. There was graffiti on the windows, the floors needs to be cleaned professionally, the only reason I stopped was because I was following my girlfriend and she stopped in to check it out. As soon as we walked in I was like hell to the naw! But she said lets check it out. This is not what I’m talking about Willis! If you ever thought about checking this place out save your self some disappointment and keep going about your business. I hate to give bad reviews and be all in the kool-aid and don’t know the flavor. Until they get it together I definitely won’t be back. Hope this helps, you can make up your own mind.
