I understand this Burger King is in a food court. I expect some extra cost to go with that. The fact that it cost me $20 for a cheeseburger, whopper jr, medium onion ring and 2 bottled waters (because there is no option for regular water) is outrageous! Food was at least hot, but they don’t even allow refills. I wish I would have went to any of the other restaurants.

Very poor customer service! I went to the Oprymills location this afternoon with my daughters and the food was terrible.
Katherine was the cashier and she had a terrible attitude towards us. I asked for them to replace my daughters sprite for a strawberry Fanta due to poor taste and quality and she refused to fill the cup

I really got treated rudely at the villa Italian kitchen next door to Burger King. Burger King saves our tour at the end of the day. MELISSA AND ADRIANA WERE VERY POLITE, pleasant voices. They apologized for the misconduct that I received from their rude neighbors (villa Italian kitchen), they didn’t have to do that, but thank you for your hospitality MELISSA AND ADRIANA FOR BURGER KING. Thank you Burger King for hiring MELISSA AND ADRIANA, excellent customer service.

Service was absolutely awful. I went in to buy an ice cream cone and placed my order on one of the machines at the counter. There were two attendants there, but only after I finished ordering and paying did one of them bother to tell me the restaurant had just closed and that they didn’t have anything left, especially not ice cream. That alone is absurd. How was I even allowed to place an order if the restaurant was already closed, and why didn’t anyone stop me before I paid?
I obviously asked for a refund, but they told me there was nothing they could do. After I insisted a bit, they offered me a bottle of water. Completely unacceptable. I’m most definitely never going back and I would love to know how to get my money back lmao.

My food was prepared very quickly and it was hot. Great job on that. However I do think it’s a shame that they only prepare the more expensive items on Burger Kings menu and not have the lower priced options like the other BK’s. I know being in the mall is a factor but it also looks as a prime opportunity to take advantage of people. Other than that my visit was A++

I have posted a photo of applesauce that was a part of my son’s kids meal. The applesauce is beyond moldy and is utterly disgusting and unacceptable! The employee who gave us the meal didn’t even look at the applesauce before putting it in the bag! The manager asked if I wanted my $4 back and I told her to not worry about it. I will be contacting their corporate office! And we will NEVER eat there again!
