If you like freshly made iced teas and handmade noodles, then you’ve come to the right place! Chopin Noodle House is great at catering towards everyone with different dietary preferences. My only suggestion when eating the spicy foods is to go slow.
As for the decor, it’s definitely a must see.
So please, everyone, give Chopin Noodle House a chance!

Fantastic hand-pulled noodle spot with quick service and genuinely friendly staff.
The vegetable stir-fried noodles were flavorful and satisfying, but the oil-spill noodles truly stole the show, perfectly balanced with a rich taste and just the right level of spice. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
Highly recommend this place. It’s small but full of charm, and the servers are always happy to answer any questions.

Various musical instruments adorn the walls, with a working piano in the back of the small restaurant. The noodle soups are the best in Western MD for sure. We just moved here from central CA and this is certainly the most authentic and reasonably priced Chinese restaurant in the area. Stick to your spice level as the “chili pepper” symbols are accurate. Fun note: the chopsticks are imported from a Russian company. #1 and #7 are great choices to test the different soup broths and beef! This will be our go-to place whenever we don’t know what to eat that day!

The noodles were al dente and the broth was flavored just right. I read the review about the tofu and Thousands Year Egg in spicy sauce and tried it. Loved the dish. It was simple, but hit the spot. The tofu was silky and the eggs did not have a strong flavor which can be hard to eat for first timers. There were a lot of meats in the bowls. We had to take home some. For those reviewers who tried to compare these beef noodle soups with the Vietnamese Beef Soup (aka Phở) don’t know what they are talking about. These are two distinct dishes with their own flavors; comparing them is the same as trying to compare apples to oranges.

Best Lanzhou beef noodle I’ve had in a long time. I grew up eating this, and it hit the spot. It was so good, in fact, I went to visit a second time a week later. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender. I also ordered the braised lamb, which was fantastic – even the pickles that came with the lamb tasted authentic. The pork burger was juicy, seasoned well, and crunchy on top. Please go support this local Asian owned business, because I personally need them to stay in business for a long time.

Went we my lady as we were feeling noodle and decided to check out a new place
What stands out most is that there’s a piano in the middle of the room and it gets played !! Not sure of the schedule but would love to find out if there’s is one
Taro milk tea was nice and tasty, cool little cubes of ice used. The cups are really cool too actually they may be bamboo but that’s my guess
Cucumber salad and mutton chops were the apps. Cucumbers were full of flavor and crisp ! Lamb was actually ridiculously good and filling. Tender and tender and the vegetables were great
Oil spill noodles && Mo in Lamb soup were our meals. Oil spill had wide noodles and lots added to it. Very filling and had to bring home
I tried the Mo in Lamb because it had bread and radish as toppings so that was very new and different so I wanted to try. I enjoyed it ! The bread tasted very god with the broth sucked in and the lamb also very tender. Good tasting broth for sure.
Would love to go back, especially when there’s some music !

The service and attention were excellent. If you want to try authentic Chinese food, don’t miss this place. I highly recommend it. Is there a piano here! Live music sometimes.

Lanzhou Noodles never disappoints! The noodles are perfectly chewy and made fresh, the broth is rich, flavorful, and comforting, and the portions are generous. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food comes out quickly even during busy hours. If you’re craving a warm, satisfying bowl of noodles, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!
