Pulled into drive thru got a double cheese fries and shake combo and a small ice cream cone. Was instructed to wait for food in lane 1 space. Waited 18mins for food that wasn’t hardly hot.. I ate a fry out bag on way home, not the least bit hot.. get home and the burger wasn’t a double, it was a single not a double.. the cold fries were only half full.. big $17 disappointment.. won’t ever go back there…strawberry shake was good though…next time I’m going to Freddy’s instead. Awful. Went inside and ordered 2 blizzards. I waited 20 minutes and finally someone noticed me standing there waiting. Told her what I ordered and she immediately brought them. Evidently they had been made for awhile. They were half blizzard half shake. Not worth the money at all. Do not recommend

I ordered double peppermint bark Blizzard. I started eating and it didn’t appear to be double peppermint bark. Moreover, when I got halfway down, there was only ice cream. I mentioned to counter person, who started asking questions. But due elderly couple at counter, i left shaking my head before adult onset tourette syndrome kicked in.

Been here several times over the years and it has never disappointed. The Honey BBQ Glazed Chicken is one of my favorite food items of all time, the only con about DQ is that sometimes they don’t glaze the chicken enough for my liking. But i couldn’t recommend DQ’s food enough. Also its the only place in Gardner with a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine.

The employees were nice and courteous. The food was hot and prepared well. They are not always the fastest so do not be in a hurry. But we will be back when we want some DQ.
Their ice cream is always great. Staff is always friendly. The food came out faster than usual for being very busy. We will be back.

Well I can tell you dont get food from here. Not only were the orders incorrect the burgers were still cold in the middle and cheese had not the slightest of melt. No grill marks which tells me there was something wrong because they are supposed to be grilled. How many others went home with the same meals. $30 dollars for one combo meal Another burger and malt. Robbery, I asked for a refund and was told if they can find out how to do it they will, funny. I know I won’t get it. I will be contacting corporate if a refund isnt issued. Not the first time they got me but definitely the last. Shouldve listened to my wife and went to sonic.

I have nothing but good things to say about this DQ. It’s one of the best additions to Gardner. The food is great, the ice cream is fantastic, and the crew is always incredibly friendly and helpful. My friends and I have an excellent experience every time we visit. Thanks for getting a photo of us!

Drove thru to grab some lunch. They have great customer service! They repeated my order to make sure it was correct. Drove thru and paid. My food was not ready and they asked me to park in a numbered stall. It arrived fresh, hot, and made to order! Will visit again!

The customer service was terrible. All of the employees were mumbling, rolling their eyes, and they had no urgency whatsoever. They didn’t even know what to do when I came inside to pick up my mobile order.
