This place is usually ok but today it was awful. I ordered a BMT with bacon, and regular sauce I got no bacon and extra extra sauce. They usually do ok but I had to share today. I’m gonna stop by after work and see if they make it good but I’m really disappointed

Do not come here if you want to get your money’s worth. It is a literal scam. You get barely any meat or veggies. The worker is somewhat respectful but needs to learn how to make a actual sub. It’s pathetic

Can you find the not accepting coupon sign in the image? Regardless they don’t except coupons. The MEAT PORTIONS are small. I observed the manager preparing deli meet to slice with bare hands, with no hand washing between tasks, getting from cooler, removing plastic sealed wrap, placing on slicer and slicing also handling the sliced meat. No gloves, no hand washing, no hair restraints. I should have just left the sandwich and walked out when he told me they didn’t take coupons; Especially since I had the coupon visibly in my hand where it could be seen. The new store on whitesburg is better, fast, clean, hand washing and gloves and yes they take coupons. I just started going to Subway regularly last month. I will not be back. Since Subway corporate does not accept complaints.. Better options are available.

Ridiculously meager amount of meat. I took veggies off to show you. I did a order on my app it was done when I got there so I didn’t see how much meat was put on it. This is a shame and a scam. Last time I eat Subway period.

Although I haven’t been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It’s close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don’t like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn’t starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It’s hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, mostly don’t and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don’t rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!

This subway location has become my new favorite one to order from. I always place my order online and it’s simple and easy. The location is always clean and welcoming. The sandwiches from here are always great and tasty. They actually make my sandwich how I prefer, meat flat on the bottom then topped with veggies vs meat on one side and veggies next to it, creating a delicious bite every time. I’ve only dealt with one employee but the times I’ve been there he’s been very friendly and creates a welcoming environment. Part of the reason this is my favorite now is because of the employees. I can’t say enough positive things about this location. If you’re looking to get your subway fix, make sure it’s from this one. Thanks guys!

This Subway has amazing quality food and service. The food is super fresh and the service is amazing!! One person in particularly who makes this experience so great is named Gordon. Every time I walk in he has a smile on his face greeting you. He is so kind and always takes care of you. He is the reason I come to this Subway and the reason I love Subway!!

Workers are spiteful, drink machine always un carbonated forcing you to buy the over priced bottle drinks, workers touch food with same gloves after touching money and then get an attitude when you tell them to change them. Unpleasant atmosphere. Will also offer you “freebies” like extra cheese then charge you at the end for it.
