Excellent experience at Starbird Chicken!
The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, and the quality really stood out. Staff were friendly, fast, and professional, and the place was clean and welcoming. Overall, a perfect spot for delicious chicken. I was at this brand new location recently and found it to be an amazing experience.
The food was on point.
Great tender chicken with amazing fries.
I ordered the sandwich as well which had bacon it it , absolutely delicious.
The fries were fresh and crispy. The sauces are mind blowing and boasts the flavor to next level.

Freshly made food, several flavors to choose from, the chicken is nice and crispy, never greasy and definitely white meat! Downside is just that since it is not precooked it does take a while to wait for your meal, and the atmosphere is that of fast food with uncomfortable seats, loud music, and voices carry very well making this a very loud environment and difficult to visit with friends or family while eating in. They do have a patio you could take advantage of but it’s right next to PCH and a busy side street.
I do like the option of ordering at the kiosk, I don’t like that it still asks for you to leave a tip even though you pick your own food up at the counter and clean up after yourself. Otherwise, in the future I will be ordering ahead and just picking up and eating at home or on the beach!

Been wanting to visit this place since it opened. I was very excited to go today.
The location is very convenient. Plenty of parking and easy access.
The restaurant looks clean and inviting. Upon entering, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The dining room is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. There is also an outdoor patio.
The food came out very quickly to my surprise… More on that later
Food Ordered:
Thai salad with crispy chicken- it was ok. Would not order again.
Crispy Chicken tenders- Weren’t freshly fried but were edible. Lacked flavor but was ok a bit on the salty side.
Truffle fries- stale and cold! Had to take them back as they weren’t edible. They made a fresh batch which was much better.
That explains how they can bring out the food as soon as you’re done ordering. It was faster than McDonald’s!
Seems like they pre-make food instead of making it fresh to order.
I really wanted to love this place but was sadly disappointed.
Update: management reached out to me but link provided doesn’t work :/

Starbird has the best tenders anywhere.. super meaty and not too much breading… 4 tenders is literally a pound of pure chicken breast. Their salads are awesome and they are also available with grilled chicken. Grab a huge box of nuggets for the football game or party.. so much better than wings! The fries are thick and crispy and have a great potato flavor. There are many different sauce and flavor options to kick up the chicken. The Thai chicken salad is very tasty with a great dressing that has a vinegar kick. In all honestly RK or CF tenders just don’t compare.. these are bigger, better and they taste amazing.

We travel to Southern California for a family trip. Both my daughter and I are Celiac and need gluten-free. We looked all over for good gluten-free chicken fingers and starbird came up.
We drove 15 minutes to come here but the food was worth the drive. The chicken fingers are amazing. The french fries are also gluten-free and fantastic. I highly recommend the gluten-free chicken nuggets. Plump, juicy, awesome crunchy exterior. Made fresh to order. I highly recommend. The staff was super helpful, courteous – excellent friendly customer service.

This place is pretty good, the coleslaw especially I liked, they used kale which is fun. And the chicken was solid. Service was a little weird but I know it’s a new restaurant and they’re probably just getting the hang of everything. Also would appreciate some forks out somewhere, considering they serve coleslaw with everything but there are no forks unless you ask for one at the front.
