Order at your own risk. This is how I received my pizza. Not only that, the delivery process was a headache. Contacted the location from where I ordered the pizza and the person that answered the phone said it wasn’t the right address. Then when I read the address back….he says we’re on Glenwood.
It’s not worth the disrespect or attitude. Go elsewhere.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One was delivered with mushrooms instead of olives and the other had a large hole in the middle of it. We called to get it corrected and they said they’d send a new one, but we needed to show the wrong pizza to the driver, which is fine (they didn’t offer anything for the pizza with a hole in it). After another hour of waiting we called to check on the status of the pizza. They told us it would be another 30-45 minutes because they only had one driver, but then he told us to wait on hold while he called the driver. 10 minutes on hold we called from another phone to get through and he flipped out saying he told us the driver was leaving with it then. He was yelling and telling us that he would cancel our order, all because we wanted to know when it would arrive. If zero stars for customer service was possible, I would give it that. Had problems with this location before but thought we’d give it another shot, but it was so much worse.

The pizza was late, poorly made, and cold when I got it. (Not to mention thry forgot one of them all together.) Very disappointed. I understand it was a busy day, but the ETA and quality assurance could have been handled better. Go to another dominos if you can, but this one will do if there’s no other options. I should have listened to the reviews. The staff was nice though.

This store is consistently the worst. Up to 2 hour delivery times, cold pizza, orders wrong and they will not answer the phone. Keep giving them another try but they seem to let us down most of the time.

I had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely amazing, as well as the employees, specifically Rod. He got my pizza done quick and super helpful and kind about it. I’m definitely coming back!

I asked for well done for wings. That means dark in color. They were still a light color and soft, not appetizing at all. & the pizza was sausage & pepperoni it was like 5 pieces each. I know it’s inflation but give us what we pay for. 2 stars only.

While the food was prepared correctly, the service was atrocious. We’re from out of town and stopped in at 5:16 on 5/8/24 to order carryout. I saw two people working and one delivery driver. The girl who came to the counter had a seriously snarky attitude and she OVER CHARGED me for my order. Here’s what happened.
I placed my order for a large two topping pizza, cheese bread and two cups of marinara. I was told 10-15 minutes. I was charged $28.64. I went to the grocery store next door to get ice, came back and waited inside for my order.
After a couple of minutes (the girl with the attitude) boxed a pizza said “Here ya go” and slung it down on the counter. I reminded her I should also have two marinara cups and cheese bread. She huffed, rolled her eyes and went back to the oven. I checked to make sure my pizza was correct. She boxed my cheese bread, grabbed a marinara and slammed it all down on top of the pizza. I said “I’m supposed to have two marinara”. She rolled her eyes again, grabbed my receipt from the back, and slammed it (with the second marinara) on top of the pizza box. She then said (with a smirk on her face) “You have a nice evening”, turned her back and walked away.
I COULD have let this go because everyone has a bad day BUT here’s what made me leave this review as soon as I got to our room. As I walked out the door, I noticed on the chalkboard that they’re running a “Manager Special” for $16.99 which is literally EXACTLY what I just ordered except for the two marinara cups. So basically, this store just STOLE over $8 from me INCLUDING the fact the sales tax was charged at 8.25% when I KNOW sales tax is 7.25% here.
I would not recommend ANYBODY stop here until somebody takes care of the attitude issues and the workers learn how to not steal from the public.

I ordered dominos many times from this location and the last two times that I have ordered. It has been wrong and I didn’t get my money back even after making a claim to the cooperate office. No one reached out.
