If I could give this subway zero stars I would but unfortunately zero stars is not A a rating!!! For starters the sandwich maker a African-American woman with the headband was extremely racist the entire place stunk of sewage I asked if they had any fresh bread coming and they told me they were about to close this was five minutes ago time now is 745 the door says with the new times that they close at 9:00 PM that’s over an hour and 15 minutes away when I asked if they had any fresh bread the African-American woman who refused to take my order not sure why she just seen me and said nope not taking it and walked in the back then when I asked the new cashier about the bread the lady in the back screamed that’s all we got we bout to close very unprofessional she should be fired Immediately if I could post a video I would but stay tuned to my YouTube channel because I will go in undercover and I will show you people why not to visit the subway on first Street play should be burned down That’s how bad the smell was not sure if it was rotten food im not saying that But the stench was unbearable I am now pulling in nine minutes later one city over just to get some Subway thank God subway in Palmetto or else I would be SOL!!! So my fellow white people be where this subway is not for you subway in Palmetto Subway in Ellenton will service was absolute quality And no racism.. I have posted the subway to eat at.. And what sucks the most is I live at Kendall Ridge apartments which is two minutes away from that subway.. The picture I posted is the subway to go to have a great day and let’s pray that that subway burns down overnight

what a terrible experience. i go to pick up a couple of online orders for me and my coworkers and the only man working (had no name tag it’s the guy with the receding hair line) starts getting frustrated and saying it’s going to be 30 minutes (even though i got there at the correct pick up time) and starts slamming stuff and saying how much of an inconvenience it was for him to have these pick up orders. another customers comes in and he yells “sorry it’s gonna be at least 20 minutes here i’ve got online orders to do” and the poor guy is confused and leaves. this man should not be left alone in this store if he can’t handle making a couple sandwiches.

I was really disappointed with my visit to this Subway location. The restaurant itself was unclean, with crumbs on the tables and the floor needing a good sweep. To make things worse, the “sandwich artist” was rude and seemed annoyed by simple requests, which made the experience feel rushed and unwelcoming. On top of that, the sodas were flat and not even cold, which just added to the unpleasant experience. Overall, not the kind of service or environment I expect from Subway. Will definitely think twice before returning to this location

I visit many Subways in town and this one, owned by 4 Wright’s LLC, despite being in a bad area, offered the best experience.
Sadly, that is no longer the case. This Subway is the closest to my home and three times in a row, have not been opened on time. They also have nothing prepared so I’ve been unable to get flatbread, cookies, heat up my sandwich, or get cold drinks.
It is a huge downgrade over the past 6 months.

i ordered my food respectfully and perfectly , and she gave me a bunch of attitude and rudeness , she rolled her eyes at me & she gave dry responses which made no sense so it was confusing on what she was saying about my order . she also judged on the size i wanted my sandwich. she could’ve been nicer and respectful like i was but no.

Worst place to order been there 3 times (shame on me for ever going back) the afternoon crew is rude no customer service they rolled their eyes and mumble in their mask when they have to make a multiple order. They slam your bread down and rolled their eyes at you and if u try to add anything else they jump at you.and treat you worst like you suppose to be scare to order. Who would want eat something that’s made with such rudeness…it bothers them to have to work …their lost because not only did they lose my business but all of my coworkers chilli’s will be seen alot of more business now .definitely. i guess our business is not good enough for them. Since we have complain before and no responses. It’s ok chilli’s appreciate our 80-150$ orders daily ..

I just went in to get my sub and I am seriously scared to eat it!! The guy behind the counter was wearing an owner shirt touched my food with gloves he had been wearing after touching money and then did it to the next customer. What is the point in wearing gloves if you are going to touch everything and not change them ??? Won’t be back!!!

This is my favorite subway by far. The employees are so sweet and helpful. Every time I walk in the girls working are always smiling. They are fast and overall very warm. The food is always made good and they don’t make me feel like I’m picky when I ask for 2 jalapenos or something. Best subway hands down! Keep up the good work to all employees!
