For such a dead location with not much rush the food is sub par.
But the manager does a great job of using her free time to make sure the place is kept safe. It’s open so late and she makes sure no one is doing anything shady outside or inside the store.

My Account Supersedes
Unfortunately this Taco Bell Toilet has a serious flaw, the toilet seat has been broken for weeks. Please have this fixed. Restrooms are always clean, super clean. Thank you for that. Anyone of my friends comes here to use the toilet and there is the problem again. It’s the restroom in the pictures. Thank you for such an attentive staff, The are very professional. Happy to eat and DThru here.

I just walked in here and yikes I walked right out because as I was looking at the food at the kiosk I overheard the workers talking about how the workers are constantly quitting because they’re serving people expired food!!! Boy am I glad that I overheard that because I cannot afford to have food poisoning I guess it goes without saying that I highly do not recommend this location stay away!!!

Clearly management here knows that good customer service and employee engagement goes a long way especially in the current climate. Made my taco party pack quick and delicious, as they delivered it open so that I could check them they let me know where the sauce and napkins were, I used to go here 4 years ago then moved away then came back, this taco bell never misses!!! So today I had a craving for taco bell. We ordered through the drive thru and to our surprise they had no beef. They only had chicken. We were told we could order anything on the menu so long as we were ok that with it having chicken. So we settled and said ok. We placed our order then told to pull forward and then an employee came out to bring out our order. We get home and noticed our burritos were not wrapped correctly. As you open the wrapping it fell apart. I unwrapped my hard shell taco and saw it was also wrapped incorrectly. I looked in the bag and saw the rest of my taco was in the bag. This was poorly done. Whomever is the manager should know when they are low on inventory. This is shameful for the franchise. Your staff should have more customer service training. They all have a blank stare. No personality at all.

The manger Bebe and another clerk was very rude. during don’t worry process, the person on the register was very short, dry and nasty towards me and my mom. when we got to the window she asked what was the drink after
rushing us to order. We told her the drink over speaker she rolled her eye and slammed the window. Once we saw her rudeness we told we don’t want the service and proceed to go inside to report her to her manager (Bebe). All for Bebe to enable her and say she didn’t do anything we ask for names she didn’t provide manager only gave her nickname highly disappointed and inappropriate. On top of all they were not busy at all

The staff here is great, the food was okay. Burritos were kinda small, I’ve been to others ones that they were more full. The chicken chalupa had barely anything other than a ton of lettuce. The place was clean, but warm, need tk turn down the air some so it’s comfortable. I wish this staff was at a better location because they were the highlight of this place.

Taco Bell food isn’t great but this store goes out of it’s way to make the worst of the worst. Ordered and got charged for supreme tacos but got less than a regular taco. No tomatoes or sour cream. This is not the first time but is definitely the last.

The young man that works the speaker & window at night time deserves a raise. I never write reviews and never in my life for a fast food place but he’s by far the nicest person I’ve ever encountered in a drive thru. Please acknowledge him for a promotion hehe
