So I just want to say that I would consider myself a taco snob and I am definitely picky about my tacos. We tried the chicken, al pastor, and the steak tacos and my goodness!!!!! They are DELICIOUS!!! The meat was cooked to perfection and the taco was the size of my hand. You get your money’s worth and incredible flavor to say the least! I don’t know what I was expecting but this far exceeded my expectations. I cannot wait to try more things on their menu. A hidden gem for sure.

Great roadside stop. We originally came for a coffee next door, but the owner drew us into this place with full color menus and super friendly attitude. Huge menu, so got their house specialty Torito Burger that has pork and Argentinian sausage ground into the patty. The fries were perfect – super clean oil – and sauces were great. Ask for the spicy and mix a little in with your fry sauce. Lots of other unique specialties on the menu, hate we didn’t really stop here for a full meal. I’d for sure go back for a burrito, tacos, or ceviche.

THE FLAVORS ARE INCREDIBLE! Honestly I was hesitant at first because the tortillas were flour instead of corn and the tacos did have lettuce and cheese where I am used to corn tortillas with cilantro and onion, but wow. The tacos come in 3s and are HUGE and so flavorful. Oh oh and I got some fresh pickled onions too that were the perfect addition to all the food.
I had the street tacos which are a special blend of meats by the head chef and I think I’ve found my new favorite taco of all time. The chef was so kind and truly passionate about food and it showed.
Not only does he make his own fresh and super spicy hot sauce but he even offers fresh caught fried fish on Saturday’s. My boyfriend ordered the red snapper and it was so well seasoned and crispy while being soft and juicy on the inside.
The atmosphere is also on point. Adorable outdoor area with games for kids and adults alike.
Truly a hidden gem in Land o Lakes. If you want a top tier meal I highly recommend you come by and visit. Support local small business! They opened recently and could use the extra love.

Neither my wife nor I could decide what we wanted so we got a lot of stuff and everything slapped.
The guacamole app with tostones and chicharron was delicious. Succulent bits of pork belly, crispy tostones, and guacamole. Boom!
My wife absolutely destroyed the taco salad. She said it was amazing and one of the best she’s ever had.
I got the Torito burger and the street tacos. Burger was on point, and the best part may have been the homemade sauce that came with it. Oh my gawd, I gotta know what’s in it!
The street tacos were extremely large in portion and I almost inhaled them. The hot sauce I requested was absolutely perfect; layers and layers of flavor, spicy without being overbearing, slightly acidic, a hint of sweetness… perfect.
The guava and cheese pastry surprised me. It is very heavy; absolutely stuffed with filling.
9.8 out of 10, and the missing 0.2 is probably just arbitrary on my part.

This new food truck is amazing! The taco salad is unbelievably fresh, everything is perfectly diced, and the lettuce isn’t in big chunks like most places. It’s the perfect balance of ingredients instead of just a bowl of lettuce. The meat is so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. You can really taste how fresh everything is. Everyone needs to try this place!! So so so good!
