This location has improved so much in the last 2-3 months compared to two years ago. Better hours, faster service, food quality improved. Sometimes issues with order accuracy but the app makes it easy to make it right. I’m not sure what changed but I’m glad it did – thanks to those involved and to those working to provide fast food.

Don’t know what was going on with “Sarah” on drive thru but I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker and then verify it again twice at the windows before finally being rung up for the wrong dessert item anyways. Then got handed my food with mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce when they specifically mentioned the sauce. The team also failed to mention that the “cheesy tots” they got back after running out are no longer the same product and I specifically choose burger king for their cheesy tots

Came here at 6:30am for breakfast. We knew what we wanted and husband said our order through speaker clearly and slowly. The lady in there just kept on talking after we ordered. He ordered our meals and then she asks, you want that in a meal. Agh dah, he ordered our meals by the number. Then when we came around, after he paid she practically threw the bag at him and it ripped, almost lost everything.

Absolutely love this place the food is great. I personally lift a lot of weights so the $3 for 20 nuggets is just insane when I need to get some quick protein in me. The staff is pretty cool and it’s a nice chill environment on par with any other fast food.

Deliveries often are missing a bunch of items. Don’t bother getting anything from here if you want what you paid for. Just get something from Little Caesars since they actually care about your order.

This place is the slowest place on the planet. Please get new management. I was in here on October 8th Wednesday at 3:15 p.m. barely any customers and talk about slow. Unacceptable there’s nothing fast about this place. I ended up walking out

I want to leave positive reviews, I really do. But when there’s no line, and only a few customers in the store, I’d expect the standard of cleanliness to be higher. Plenty of crumbs on a few tables, and chairs largely not pushed in. Not to mention food buildup on a baby seat, around the trash can, under the soda dispenser, and a lot of debris outside the restaurant as well (the ash tray is basically full of cigarettes, and many litter the ground also. Plenty of dirt in the parking spaces, as if they haven’t been swept in weeks/months. Etc).

This is only topped by the fact that the 2 burgers I got were near room temperature after only a few minutes. I understand that things do cool off, and it may take a minute or two for it to make it to the tray and the tray to you, but this was absolutely unacceptable.

Twice in a row I have come here to this exact scenario (minus the food. That one was new, and again there was no line at. all. when I had ordered/gotten my food, so there’s no fair excuses here), so I know this isn’t a fluke. This burger king needs to be flipped on its head if it’s ever going to be worth anything.

One of the few 1 star reviews I have ever had to leave. Most of the time when I have a negative experience I’ll cough it up to chance and give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but here I have had repeated bad experiences and there is a clear trend of employees and a managerial style that does not care about the restaurant, nor the food, nor the customers.
