Our food was very good, no complaints there. We interacted with four people behind the counter. Two of the four were clearly irritated that we didn’t know everything about the procedures and options. Next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try a different place and see how that goes. There are plenty of options in the area.

The food is good BUT it’s consistently not ready on time for online pickup, I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what. Far too many times when I arrive 30 minutes after my order is placed and it’s still not ready, and the store isn’t even busy.
It’s also unacceptable that I’m told to “check the screen” above the pick up window for the status of order rather than asking for it, when that screen isn’t functioning half the time or my order isn’t even on there, when it should be.
Nearby Currito and Subway do not have these problems – I will not be returning to this Potbelly location.

The manager and the other girl working together we’re very rude and the manager put her arm like over the other employee like she was going to like jump over the counter and try to fight me or something
They are very unprofessional. If I could give them -10 Stars I would. Upper management I suggest getting better people in there to work that do not have an attitude problem.

This place is unique, and the subs are tasty and affordable. They do get slammed at lunch (especially with online orders), but we only waited 15 mins or so in line.

The service member Brittany or however she may spell it was very rude and unhelpful when I enquired about the free sandwich and the first time I asked she said buy it through the app which I did then she said I needed to have tokens that would prove my purchase you can SEE plainly on the app that I already purchased then she goes to try to switch it up and say you have to purchase through the store and scan the app at the register so at THIS point I was beyond frustrated hungry and irritated so I left and they have yet to refund my original purchase and go figure there’s never any managers on the weekends anymore and we’re supposed to pay those prices with that low quality service or care to the customers?

Short wait even when lines are long. Mac and cheese was super tasty and very filling. Do expect it to be crowded, it’s a popular spot right on the square with lots of businesses on all sides. Being one of few quick lunch places it gets a ton of traffic.

This is my first and last time going to a Potbelly Sandwich Shop! I never knew any establishment could be worse then a Jimmy John’s sandwich. This sandwich is pathetically small for a premium price. The meat is shaved on and the toppings cut into fourths. The photo is the whole sandwich contents on just half of a 9 inch sub roll. If the food isnt sad enough the staff was less then welcoming to a customer service for a person introducing as a first time Patron.
