I don’t usually leave reviews, but this visit was frustrating. My tacos had almost no meat, the food was cold, and the order wasn’t even correct. I live not even 5 minutes away, there was no reason for my food to be as cold as it was. I understand it was almost closing time, but having worked in fast food myself, I know that doesn’t excuse poor quality or incorrect orders. The lady at the window was nice I’ll give her that but I was the only one in the drive thru. I’ve got sick kids who have had no appetite so if the first thing they want is Taco Bell, that’s what I’m getting. 1/15/26

Did an online order. got my food. Went home and see my mini taco salad broken upside down in box with a different sauce then what’s suppost to be in it. My burritos half wrapped and I get a handful of grease when picking them up out of the bag. My cinnibons are smashed in the bag it goes on. When I worked at fast food I was taught quality over quantity idk what this place is doing but im definitely not getting food from here anymore.

Came in late from a barrel race, and couldn’t make the drive-thru without tearing up their signs, so I walked up to the window after I parked in front of the restaurant to order two cheesy roll-ups. Manager Eli refused service even though he could plainly see there’s no way I could make the drive-thru and that I came from that truck. Crappy as customer service ever!!!!

I gave a 1 star besides service only because there’s one amazing lady that greets me for my online order so sweet everytime. The food always tastes bad like it’s been sitting out way to long. I’ve gone in a few Times to pick up an order and I waited 15 minutes for even a greeting.

Tried this location about 4 times, consistently one of the worst drive thru experiences you can get. Today we waited well over 25 minutes for our food, 15 of which was waited after I paid. Then they finally give us the order and it’s missing several items. Avoid this location and use the other taco bell.

Ordered 2 burrito supremes. Not very supreme. Some of the smallest burritos I’ve ever seen consisting mostly of beans with a few shreds of lettuce and a drop of sour cream in the last bite. Def will NOT go there again.
