My husband and I regularly stay at the hotel where this restaurant is located but we had only eaten there once before, because, well you know how hotel restaurants can be. But, we were very pleasantly surprised by our experience this time. As we were reviewing the menu by the hostess stand, undecided, we were greeted by the chef, who talked about his favorite dishes. It sounded delish, so we decided to get a table. When we were offered the chef’s table, we said, “yes, please.” From there it just got better. The food was indeed delish – we shared the steak tartar, asparagus, and fries (don’t judge until you try it!) – and the staff and service were both delightful. Chef Zach introduced us to many of his kitchen team and all were engaging while not missing a detail in their food preparation or presentation. We look forward to our next visit and trying whatever Chef recommends!

Had the five course tasting menu and wine pairing at the chef table. Our chef Zack explained each dish and detailed how the flavors came together. Sous chef David brought in his input to the dishes. Michelle our server expertly presented our wines for each course, discussing regions and notes. It was perfect. The attention to detail was fabulous. It’s a must in this beautiful property.

We had an extraordinary dinner at The Silver King Coastal Restaurant last night. Every aspect was top notch-from Michelle’s impeccable service to the comfortable seating and modern coastal decor. But the real stand out -as it should be- was the food. We shared many small plates and found each one to be delectable with extremely original paired ingredients and generous portions. We felt our meal was reasonably priced too. But back to the food which was truly outstanding, a gastronomic delight with every bite, the chef is supremely talented and we will dine there again soon.

Dined solo at the Silver King Ocean Brasserie. I love the seating options by the kitchen. I had the opportunity to meet the outstanding chefs David and Teddy, who gave me delicious suggestions I couldn’t resist. Each plate was delicious. I wished I could have had room for more! I highly recommend this dining experience.

We had a very memorable dinner experience at this dinner venue. The service, menu, attention to detail and Chefs professional touches including his table visits made the entire evening exceptional.
The cocktails were expertly crafted, the salads rich in flavour and freshness, the entrees each had their own signature appeal of fusion of flavours and the desserts were out of this world

I sat at the chef’s table tonight and had such a memorable experience thanks to Franko and Teddy. The food was outstanding, but what truly made the night special was them. Beyond being incredibly talented, they are genuinely good people. We shared deep, meaningful conversations that turned what could have been just a dinner into something really special. I left feeling nourished in every way. Highly recommend sitting at the chef’s table if you can.

I was in the area for business and brought my wife to have some R&R. We are staying at the Luminary hotel in Ft. Myers where this restaurant is located. They had just changed their menu the night we had dinner here. I must say this place is a true Florida Gem! The food was absolutely amazing. We met chef Zach (the creator), he has created an amazing menu our server Dinko was very friendly and knowledgable. My Snapper was cooked to perfection and my wife really enjoyed her Gamba Ajillo. Big 5 stars and high five.

This place blew me away. Best meal Ive had in Fort Myers by a long shot. Tuna Crudo was just world class. The focaccia was fresh and lightly toasted. The olive oil dip had herbs and cheeses and possibly shallots. Outstanding. It just kept going from there. Freshest burrata ive had and a delicious crispy snapper “on a half shell”. My server, Dinko, was very pleasant and helpful and picked all of the dishes. Very highly recommend.

Table bread was warm and delicious. My only suggestion would be to serve room temperature butter. Our meals were 4Star plus. Pesto Chicken was served perfect temp and moist. The Club Sandwich wasn’t just any Club Sandwich. Wine selection was vast, full bar and appetizer options plentiful, but the entree selection was fairly limited. The Carrot Cake was perfect portion and moist. We sat on the open air patio with heaters and we we’re comfortable …… the Inside seating was bit to open for my tastes, tables didn’t offer much privacy, therefore chose patio. If you have the opportunity to get to the 12th floor bar, it’s well worth the elevator ride, the view is terrific.
